Excellent app. have been using it for a while now and makes life so much easier and reduces my admin time. Easy to set up and connect to ebay and orders flow seamlessly to shopify and to my shipping provider. I needed help from support when I made a change to my store that caused an issue in ebay and Carlos helped me out, working through my problem until we found what the cause was and I was able to resolve it. Great service and a really happy customer here. Well done.

I've had very positive experience with this app. Whenever I had questions, I reached out to the chat function and chatted with 2 different people (Russ and Joy) and they were both extremely helpful and quick with responses. I would highly recommend!

Shopify Marketplace Connect has been a game-changer for managing our marketplace listings. The support team is genuinely excellent — fast responses, clear explanations, and they actually take the time to understand your setup and fix issues properly rather than sending generic replies. Josh worked through a complicated issue with us and within a day or so helped provide a solution. The App is great even with a catalog of nearly 10k skus we provide to Amazon and eBay.
