Amazing support, easy access.

Rain was polite.

Very good app and they offer excellent support whenever needed. Thanks Adrian for your help today.

So far so good with great support from Mark from "Shopify Marketplace Connect" Support Team. Otherwise it would be quite difficult to understand. Thank you

Mark took his time and walked me through each step until it was complete. I appreciate that!

clear, efficient CS

great customer service.

This is such a fabulous app. The support is amazing. Once you get you head around what to publish and how to categorise your products for Amazon, etsy etc it is fabulous and automatically publishes when you change your product listing.

Your support team is absolutely fantastic. I spoke to someone whose name starts with E (don't want to share personal info) who is *amazing* and an incredible asset to your team! I am extremely new to essentially everything shopify, and I really, really needed help on the very first day I downloaded Market Connector. She was very patient and tenacious, and spent so much time with me… and I am so grateful! She walked me through both my own user error and some actual browser errors. I can’t thank her enough, and I’ve told everyone I know about the incredible support at Shopify and Marketplace connector!

very knowledgable and helpful, thank you for helping me reconnect to Etsy

Great app. Very easy to connect the marketplace platforms and start selling. It would be great if they can add more marketplace in their list.
