We just recently integrated our eBay store into this app. So far their support team has been so helpful and patient with all of our concerns. Their assistance and insights have helped us set up our eBay store account properly. Their chat support is so responsive and accommodating. We are looking forward to smoothly listing all our items soon.

New to shopify and ebay so it took me a minute to get used to it but the great thing is, every time i spoke with customer service they've been great, extremely helpful and patient. Each person i spoke with helped me resolve the challenges i was having. Great team. Especially Mark,

Most of the staff is knowledgeable and easy to comprehend. I had a major issue and it took several days to resolve. I had to reach out multiple times, but we came to a fix.

We use the APP for Amazon. Thought it can be glitchy sometimes, it still saves us tons of time for creating new listings and offers. The support team is extremely helpful. They always promptly respond to my tickets. They all should get a raise in salary!

Once configured app works seamlessly with our 2 eBay accounts. I requested 2 minor modifications, support acted immediately to implement changes. I can highly recommend Marketplace Connect over other apps that I've tried and their support is A+

The App is initially very confusing> one needs to read the instructions very carefully before start working with it. However, the online chat help is EXREEMLY HELPFUL. I just finished getting help from Von and I am delighted to report that he stayed with me for a long time and addressed every issue we had, and and indeed we had many. I am sure his colleagues are equally supportive as well. In short, it is a very good App once one learns its ins and outs.

10 Stars App and Customer Support I have to admit that it was a little bit confusing at the beginning, but customer support reached out and clear everything our for me and how this app works. Ronel, the customer support representative, disserve a 10 stars rating for his knowledge and patience during the process. I am happy with the app and I can't wait to explore all the features.
