I just started selling on Amazon recently and learning how to use Amazon Seller Central has been difficult to say the least. Editing, publishing, managing products and orders in Marketplace Connect has been much much easier and much quicker than working in Seller Central. Shopify Marketplace Connect has simplified my workflow greatly!

I originally gave this a 1 star rating... I use Etsy and it WAS awful.. but after working with Tech Support they have been very proactive and implemented changes that have enabled me to link and add products with ease. I now feel very confident that this is a great product and am happy to give it 5 stars, as I know that even if I come across an issue, it will be sorted respectfully and quickly. well done Marketplace Connect support and tech team!

I am quite inept when it comes to anything with a computer. I needed to verify that my Shopify store and Amazon store were in sync. I usually LOATHE live chats...but on this particular occasion,. Jason D was a pleasant surprise. He was polite, direct and efficient and I had my answer in 10 min. It probably would have been closer to 3 minutes if I were as efficient on getting him the answers he needed!

rep was very patient and helpful. I was just about to close the account because I could not "get it" too much effort and time spent. He was able to cure all of that by simplifying everything and even offered a plan that was better suited for me
