I haven't had issues with this app, for what I have been using it has worked wonders, and the support they provide is quick and they have managed to resolve my issues, so far so good.

Excellent support! I was helped by Mark M. and he was wonderful... Knowledgeable, and ready to help with all my questions in a timely manner. The app is intuitive and easy to use. It works great!

I recently used this app and had an incredible experience! I faced some challenges aligning the app's policies with my eBay seller policies, but Mariel R. from customer service was a tremendous help. She quickly addressed and resolved all my concerns. Her support made a significant difference, and I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend this app to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive tool for integrating their Shopify listings with eBay!

Highly Recommended – Excellent Customer Support! Anytime I’ve run into an issue or had a question, the support team has been quick to respond, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They genuinely care about resolving problems and making sure users have a smooth experience. Whether it was a technical glitch or just needing help navigating a feature, they always followed up until everything was sorted.

Excellent and helpful support. They are quick to respond and give you what you need to do to interface properly with the services. I wouldn't have joined Shopify if this didn't exist.
