Terrible customer service. I had an issue that they told me they resolved, but they did not in fact get the issue resolved. As a result, I have lost money due to their poor service.

Went through the hoopla of setting it up. Denied for some undescribed reason and am told to "call a support agent". I think not. Stick with Google. Wayy more user friendly and intuitive.

We really reach out to everyone with our business. I always ask how customers find us and they always say using Google. If people use other sites it’s usually found pretty quick and this has really been a blessing to our business.

I was told the system would have me approved in 3 days, and it's been 4. I can't seem to sink up more of my products.

Easy to sign up. I haven't loaded my products or anything. I just literally signed up and then they asking for this review. We'll see if it brings more sales. I don't know how to rate the app when I haven't used it but to sign up.

I got a generic disapproval email for the platform. I reached out to support, which took roughly an hour of chatting. After a day of investigation, I got back "your store will remain inactive. For privacy and security reasons, we cannot provide details around your specific store" which seems to kinda defeat the purpose of contacting support. It was frustrating to spend a lot of time on my end and provide so much data to them with this outcome. Additionally, the support team seemed kinda trigger happy on selling me on other unrelated advertising products, which is super annoying.

If there was a negative * option this app would rate it. Prepaid the campaign, it wont start all, no flags, no support, no feedback other than an automated bot that you likely see below this review. I can't stress enough the frustration having to deal with this platform. WARNING! Stay clear, you only have so many days on this earth... don't go down this rabbit hole..you will regret every second of it. I do hope some live person at MS does take the time to look over these reviews. "Not Likely" my suspicion is he/she/etc probably still sitting in a cubicle still debugging Win 3.1 and have not opened their email folder in years. So you can gather from my little rant...take it as a public service announcement... Danger,,Danger you'll grow old in this labyrinth... best to warn others and call it a day...Avoid, Live long...and prosper..

The sales channel is great and very easy to setup and to use. We have yet to see any traffic funneled from Microsoft, but we are hopeful

The credit card can't be bound, it keeps reporting an error, it keeps cycling through the steps like this.

Never got it to work, Tried even put $25 on ad account it spent it but on what I have no clue since I still months later have products pending a review that said it would take 3 days. Would love to have it fully removed as I don't even know anyone who uses Microsoft browsers

I don't know how other Shopify stores have managed to get this app to work (according the recent reviews) but for the life of me (and MS support and Shopify support) it will not work. I am so disappointed too. I keep getting a message saying "cannot validate your credentials at this time, etc." I've been uninstalling and (attempting) reinstalling multiple times over the past week and still nothing. Sure wish Someone out there would figure out what's going on :(

very good. the best channel The site is full of actually useful utilities for Windows. Taking into account the site is safe - its a nice place to download most basic software avoiding thorough searches all over the net. Products for end user are good. They use microsoft product easily. The latest iteration of Microsoft's online Office 365 puts Microsoft firmly in the front seat in terms of office productivity.
