I could not, for the life of me, get it to work. I tried re-installing multiple times. I gave up after multiple attempts.

if someone can please contact us because we cannot even get past the sign in page so we cant do anything

As many other businesses Microsoft suspended our AD account 10 minutes after we created it. They gave no reason and when we contacted support they said the decision is final and they cannot give a reason. It is funny because we have verified accounts on almost all other platforms, Google, FB, Tiktok, Twitter, Linkedin, Pinterest and run ads and sell on these platforms It seems like they have a very biased AI that just suspends account and they have no recourse. Even emails sent to support come up with an auto response that Account is suspended but they cannot tell the reason.

App won't important any of my products, they're not even in pending, and it's been three days. This has been a waste of my time.

I use this more than 75% of the time, when im not using it, its only because im trying to save space on my devices

so far everything has worked very easy. I hope I get more activity for free than googles service. Thanks for this opportunity, Microsoft. Using insider edition, edge browser.

Just installed and went thru the initial process, and it was flawless. Literally took minutes. So far, so good! Great job with the app.

Update: I have contacted their support team through email as suggested below. The answer remains the same - I do not have the right to know the reason. They block your account without any reason. Unfortunately, there is no transparency here. They will tell you that you don't have the right to know the reason.

I like this app and it helps me to get more traffic to my shopify shop. As I am new to it I might edit the review

Block account without reason (they say we cant say reason because no reason) before setup, very bad service, i don't recommend Reply to Misrosoft: I contacted your "support" they told me the same that my account is blocked for security (and cant say the reasons because no reason), if you dont accept trusted and real stores, so what is the meaning of this app? and thank you for wasting my time

This app allowed easy setup for my Shopify store for advertising. I have yet to see what it does for my sales growth. Hip Hop Nationalism is my store come by I hope you enjoy your visit. Feel free to let me know if you don't. I'd like to do, something you like too. But you gotta show me the HIP HOP
