I have had issues with almost every other sales channel I've used. Every aspect of the Microsoft Channel just worked the way it was supposed to. From initial setup, to creating ads to creating and adding tags. It all just worked. I was blown away. Then, when I went to create my first campaign (not being familiar with the process, I was worried I'd mess it up) I got a phone call "from ad support" offering to assist me on my Ad Setup. Again... Blown Away... On a scale from 1 to 10, you guys get a 25. Well done, Microsoft!

I had all the requirements met and suddenlly my store was rejected without any reasons. I went to do a thorough inspection on every detail and found nothing at fault. All that seemed out of place because I am already working on all selling channels I contacted C.S. Microsoft Channel to find out all solutions possible and nothing worked after all testing and trials performed in 4 long months working on the solution I still end up rejected. Very disappointed

The setup was a bit difficult, but the functions of the app was well worth it. Not only I got free listing on the Bing Shopping tab but I also able to run Microsoft ads as well.

No issues except that my Chrome browser, though it is updated to the latest version for (Windows 11) will not display my Microsoft ad email page properly!

Terrible communication. Vague instructions. Horrible experience with little guidance or feedback. Process is convoluted and overly complex compared to other platforms such as Google Adwords.

Set up was pretty straight forward and easy to do. Each step needed was explained very well and if at any time, I had questions or concerns, it was very easy to contact support.

Sorry, I'm gonna borrow this review to rant. Truly amazing, Does it even matter what I write here? Isn't most everyone convinced most reviews are randomly done by bots? I guess some are genuine. But like what do you want me to say? "This Fulfilled my needs and preformed as expected." Something like that? Like I don't understand what some people expect out of like a 5 star, I feel like max stars is like "Did as expected, made my life easier in some form." Then like lose stars/ranking for things that make life harder/worse. Anyways, that's pretty much how I rank things. Not that I do it often, though I am starting to.

After integrating the Microsoft channel into my Shopify store, I promptly received a notification stating, "We regret to inform you that your store cannot be approved after careful review. Please reach out to Microsoft Advertising Support." It was perplexing to receive such a swift response, so I contacted the Microsoft team for clarification. Unfortunately, they informed me that my account had been completely blocked. I requested them to provide a reason for the blockage in order to address and rectify the issue, but they responded by saying they were unable to assist me with this matter.
