Microsoft Channel

This is a haphazard app. It would not import our products into MS Ads, but it sure messed around with our conversion goals. Definitely NOT plug & play. MS pointed fingers at Shopify, when it's MS who coded this app. MS were trying to give us the run-around. We would have none of it and stopped BING advertising instead. Not worth the hassle.

There are still 50 listings not yet added by Microsoft. I was expecting all 305 listings to be advertised on the free app

The process for signing up for Microsoft ads was quick and efficient! Looking forward to start using their smart shopping ads to compliment the Google shopping ads we are using.

The app does not automatically pull in the Brand or GTIN for each product from the information contained in Shopify. Microsoft Merchant Center then rejects the feed as the products do not contain Brand or GTIN. This essentially makes the app worthless as I have over 1000+ products and cannot manually add a brand and GTIN to each product one at a time.

Easy and effortless set-up, rest remains to be seen. I like the $150 in ad bonus. It will help me understand how it goes and if it is worth spending money through Microsoft ad account.

It's too soon to say. I've only just installed in and I am still trying to work my way around setting it up.

A complete waste of time. Countless hours, e-mails and phone calls with Shopify and Microsoft Advertising support. This app has caused my Merchant Account to be suspended, fed incorrect data about my products to Microsoft, and as a result, I am not able to run ads. DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP. It will cause you thousands of dollars in lost sales.

This app seemed very easy to set up - would recommend to other online shop owners. Waiting to see how many of our products are approved and will follow up with our experience at that time.

A lot easier than many of the other apps to use! And the ads look great i am told! This is probably one of the easiest ways i have found to advertise and support is quick!

Quick and easy set up! Microsoft made setting up this channel a breeze. Would recommend. Hope to see some additional sales!

ZERO to ABSOLUTELY USELESS App Support. 99% of staff seems to be located in India, don't speak proper ENGLISH, and communicate via canned responses which lead you to nowhere in resolving any issues you might have because they are not understood or cared for in first place. Total waste of time contacting them. Sad to see how "far" Microsoft has come as a company. ProTip: If you check out all the "canned" responses to the negative reviews on here, one should see the pattern off "support and quality of support" for this app rather quickly without having to ever install it. Unfortunately we didn't know better at first.

I'm still waiting for my product to sync so it taking some time. Honestly i don't know how good it works until i can actually create a campaign.

I used this in setting up my Shopify Store. It took a bit to get everything clear but that was because I was new to Shopify.

They want me to rate the app before my store is approved. I find this typical of how Microsoft opperates.

So far so good! Set up was fast and easy. I haven't run any promotions through the app yet. I'll update this review once I have.
