I use MIDA Replay Heatmaps to optimize my store, and beyond the technical features, it’s the quality of their customer service that truly won me over. There is always someone available to respond quickly and, more importantly, to help customize the tool to fit my specific needs. You can really feel their commitment to customer satisfaction and their drive to never leave a user without a solution. It’s incredibly reassuring to know that a dedicated, human team is behind the app to support our growth. A powerful app backed by exceptional customer service. I highly recommend it!

This heatmap app is incredible. It’s so helpful to see exactly where my customers are clicking and how far they scroll. I realized people were missing my CTA button, made a quick fix, and saw an immediate jump in sales. If you want to stop guessing and start growing, get this app!

Amazing customer service from ERIK!
Yes. I started selling the moment i made adjustments based on the behavior of the customers visiting the site. This is a very good way to pinpoint the conversion friction from cold traffic or paid ads. When your ads are getting consistent click throughs and generating the traffic.
