I've been using this app to check my customers journey around my website and to recognise any issues or lack of information. This app helped me a lot, as I was able to see which pages need a bit more focus and what's user behaviour. Contact with the team is great, answering questions and replying promptly. I highly recommend this app.

Its honestly game changing. I realized one of my products was getting more attention by being able to track the cursor movements of the customer. Also noticed how long people would stay on my shop as well and could adjust the layout accordingly. MIDA is the bee's knees <3

Amazing app and easy to use. Another thing I love is that it's free to use. I found it really useful when I first started running ads and I wanted to see how visitors we're interacting with my store. From that I was able to make adjustments and improve! I don't usually leave reviews but when it comes to how helpful this app has been, I had too. 100% Recommended!
