Had an issue regarding some inconsistencies with the heatmaps and replays. The team fixed it swiftly and even extended my subscription as an apology. Love the attitude and detailed responses I get! Would 100% recommend.

Great app that really helps you understand your site's drop off rate so you can work on retaining customers! Chloe was so helpful and supportive and you will not have a problem or delay contacting assistance, superrrr helpful!!!

The software is very easy to use and does a great job at capturing website visitors movements. The support team are also 10 out of 10 always replying rapidly to my enquiries. Definately worth at the very least giving the app a go.

The customer service is great, they are always there to help. About the app, it's great, you can collect a lot of information about the behavior of customers, which is a lot help to define the strategy for sales.
