I am very happy with MIDA! Everything works perfectly and the app delivers exactly what I need. The heatmaps and replay features are incredibly helpful and give me real insight into how customers behave in my shop. A special thank you to Lucy – she supported me with so much patience and kindness. Her guidance was clear, fast and very professional. It is rare to meet such friendly and dedicated customer support these days. Great app, great team!

Using MIDA for some months now. Very satisfied with what it offers. The heatmap was instrumental in identifying the bottlenecks in our product pages. Everything is intuitive to use, and can be used from within Shopify.

This app is extremely helpful in helping me see some of the blind spots I've missed on my website, as well as spotting spelling errors or link destinations. I've tried a few replay apps, and this one gives you the best bang for your buck. There are quite a few features I've yet to explore because it's full of so many options.
