After trying the app for almost a year ( I don't know why it say 4 months using this app - maybe because my first review was 4 months in and 5 stars), I can say that I am extremely disappointed. Mainly wanted to watch the recordings of my visitors. The application can't distinguish between a bot and a real person. Therefore, if Google Shops or TikTok shops were mapping my site for the Google/TikTok store, I would have to use my allotment of visitors. I upgraded to, I believe, 3500 visitors per month, and over half were bots. I am not a big store that makes a lot of money. Having to pay to watch a bot for a second made me so upset. When I mentioned this to customer service, I was told to block the visitors. Trust me, getting onto block 1000 IP addresses one at a time takes away valuable time from my store. I did love this application in the beginning, but having to pay for customer bots was bad. But that isn't why I deleted my subscription. I deleted after two tries with customer service. The first was just to block them. The second was having to pay mid-subscription when I downgraded. When I asked for a refund, they told me it couldn't be done. Just received my Shopify bill, and apparently, I have to pay for the next 17 days also, and don't even have them in my store anymore. Yup, free money to them. So, no, I won't be using them again.

I have tried most of the replay and heat maps apps and Mida is one of the worst ones I have experienced. Here is why: 1. Transition between menu items are not fluid. 2. It sometimes shows double images (eg two exactly same buttons) on the replays. However it is not the actual user experience, based on our test sessions. 3. App is not fast enough, moving from one menu to another takes considreably long time. 4. You can create different views, but you cannot easily reach the cart values in the replays. 5. I could never use heat map, hope someone could. 6. They are sending a lot of emails, a lot of messages. If you don't want, you need to tell them directly (and after that they only send 4-5 emails). 7. They have a trial period, but be aware that this can end before you think (".") Overall I am not happy with this app and don't recommend to anyone.
