A very useful tool for gaining insight into real user behavior. The session recordings and cursor tracking clearly show where visitors hesitate, what they overlook, and which elements of the store are actually effective.

Yes. I started selling the moment i made adjustments based on the behavior of the customers visiting the site. This is a very good way to pinpoint the conversion friction from cold traffic or paid ads. When your ads are getting consistent click throughs and generating the traffic.
