Extreme happy with this app It's helped me with understanding how and what my customers are doing.

It's good but unfortunately numbers of sessions in the plans are low if you have a high traffic site. Could be great if it only stored and counted based on user set criteria. eg. sessions longer than x amount o time of with min. x amount of page views.

The app is very good to see the heat maps and to view visitors. One thing that would be nice to see is live view. Another thing that would be appreciated is if we could filter sessions by actions. For instance I would like to be able to view all sessions that led to an add to cart, or that led to a purchase. With 500+ sessions per day it is nearly impossible to find such a session by searching through all sessions

Great App, really easy to use and the support is quick and reactive. I put 4 stars because the functionality of certain video playback functions is not yet good (skipping of non-active zones, video playback speed that resets each time, etc.). But otherwise, for tracking customer behavior and so on, the application is simple, practical and easy to use.

It is not perfect but it is free, at least for my needs. There was an issue with the recording but the support team sortered out. It does what it has to do.

I use it in free mode. Really interesting to be able to observe customer sessions. Quick technical service ;) !

Good App which provides decent amount of session recordings at a basic level. Good support from the team as well. Haven't had the chance to use the other functions inbuilt yet. Look forward to doing that.

Really useful to understand the User's behavior on our site. Every E-commerce store should use MIDA especially if you have just begun with your business.
