Started using the App few days ago but it has provided a lot of insights on how browsers navigate our website. We're looking forward to using these insights to improve sales conversions. The free version also provides quite a decent amount of recordings.

Their responses have been quick and helpful. Their development team seems to do pretty good as well. I mostly use for the replays, which generally seem ok, though, sometimes I know who made a purchase but the IP address is on the other side of the country (Canada) or even in USA, which doesn't make sense to me. It's good overall value.

I do like the idea of this app. It has helped me identify possible improvements to my site. Excluding IP addresses from the recording has proven to be a cumbersome process.

I haven't used the Heatmap side but the Record & Replay functionality helps to garner insights on customer behaviour.

It's good but unfortunately numbers of sessions in the plans are low if you have a high traffic site. Could be great if it only stored and counted based on user set criteria. eg. sessions longer than x amount o time of with min. x amount of page views.

Great App, really easy to use and the support is quick and reactive. I put 4 stars because the functionality of certain video playback functions is not yet good (skipping of non-active zones, video playback speed that resets each time, etc.). But otherwise, for tracking customer behavior and so on, the application is simple, practical and easy to use.
