I've been using this app to check my customers journey around my website and to recognise any issues or lack of information. This app helped me a lot, as I was able to see which pages need a bit more focus and what's user behaviour. Contact with the team is great, answering questions and replying promptly. I highly recommend this app.

Excellent support and well priced - does exactly what it should, nothing more, nothing less. Good to see an app not charging through the roof and adding pointless features, a seemingly common occurrence with SASS lately.

The record option is super useful to get some insights about how our customers are interacting with the website. It allows to quickly identify bottlenecks and make the user journey much smoother.

Very effective in seeing exactly how customers navigate your site and the steps taken to check out. Support with the app is also very quick and helpful. Shout out to Lucy. She was very helped me exclude my IP and extend my recordings very quickly.

We've been using this app to track user behavior and session recordings, and it's been a game changer. The ability to watch real user sessions gave us deep insights into how customers navigate our site, where they hesitate, and exactly where they drop off during checkout.
