Very effective in seeing exactly how customers navigate your site and the steps taken to check out. Support with the app is also very quick and helpful. Shout out to Lucy. She was very helped me exclude my IP and extend my recordings very quickly.

This has been a huge help to understand where my clients are focused. Even if they don't purchase, knowing what products they drilled down on is a great help.. Loving this app..

I've been using this tool for most of my shops and recommend it to others. It's incredibly informative and useful, especially the session replays, which give great insight into user behavior. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I occasionally encounter bugs in the replay feature. That said, overall it's a very solid and valuable tool.
