the interface is simple, efficient, and very easy to use. and customer service team responds very quickly. it also offers multilingual support, making it very user-friendly for employees from different countries. its good and useful i love it

I generally don't leave reviews but I've been using this app for a while now and I'm actually very impressed. What I really love is that you get 450 free sessions a month which is plenty for my new store. Every time I have had a problem I've reached out via chat and someone has gotten back to me quickly with an answer. You can also connect it to their Fraud app which helps filter out bot traffic. Highly recommend.

This app is great to get insights on customer behavior, we have tried a few apps and Mida is definitely at the top of the list.

MIDA provides very useful insights for our website, it helps us refine areas to focus attention and also areas to remove.

This is one of the coolest Shopify apps that you could add to your store. No other app can show you the real consumer journey of your users - it's like magic! It helped me test new additions to my product pages and thanks to the app, I also noticed that non-US users were loading my website with US currency, which I quickly fixed. Irreplaceable app!

Really great first impression, been using for a few days. Easy install and quick help via chat on an issue I had. The heat map is going to be a changer! Having watched how people are interacting with my site I already have a list of modifications to improve conversion rate. Thanks!

Good App Recommnded

Super cool application to add to your store. It allowed me to view replays of end user sessions to see where my store may be failing to grab attention, dead clicks, or for popular items to see what items are being viewed the most. Customer support is quick and very responsive less than a few minutes and gave wonderful experience. Once my business grows I would be more than happy to continue as a paid customer!

App works great and support was super helpful

easy to work with, some lags in the video records but manageable, also including all the needed features

I think this app is great for my use case, but sometimes there are UI visualization errors when I watch session replays.

Access to heatmaps through this app is invaluable! Great value - great support! I am able to see where we need to reduce consumer friction. This information allows us to fix perceived errors to make our customers happier with their shopping experience!
