MIDA Replay Heatmaps has been an excellent addition to our Shopify store. Great tool for early-stage stores Easy to set up and the session recordings are genuinely useful — even with just a handful of visitors I could see exactly how people browsed my store. The Insight Mode makes replays fast to review. Support was responsive. The IP exclusion and suspicious session filtering work well. Would be great if Delayed Capture didn't require contacting support to enable. Overall a solid app for understanding visitor behavior.

Mida has been great for data tracking and to use heat map. The support team is very quick to respond and very helpful for any questions we may have!
