Other than a lot of the options being paid, in my oppinnion it is one of the best tools to use for replaying checkouts and checking heatmaps on your store. The support is absolutely amazing, always ready to help and has a friendly tone. I have only been using the app for about a week now so take this review with a pinch of salt, but my experience overall has been great. The app in itself is quite easy to use just like any shopify app, I think that is a must. The tools it provides helps you actually take a look at how customers look around in your store befoe actually buying anything, helping you improve in areas you didn't even know you had to. For example looking at replays today, I just noticed that a lot of people go away from my store just because I do not have enough products. As soon as they go to the actual catalog, they leave, no matter the discounts I have on my current products.

This is app has been great in helping me understand how my clients are interacting with my store and what i need to change to perhaps increase conversion! The team at Mida is always there to answer my questions and i would recommend this app to anyone ho wants to take their store to the next level!

If you are looking for a cost effective replay app, I'd recommend this one. The support team are also really responsive when you do need a little extra assistance or have a query.
