MIDA Replay, Heatmap & Insight

Very useful!

I was starting to receive spam emails through my shop but the MIDA team helped me through getting the apps at up and I haven't had issues since. Thank you guys for teaching a newbie about this stuff.

I have not had a chance to extensively test this app, but what I have seen so far has been impressive. We are a small store and recently experienced some unusual traffic. I look forward to being able to see what customers are doing on the site and to know where they are coming from. This app is a great tool that allows me to easily accomplish this. Thank you!

Been using the app for several weeks now. Customer service has been quick to respond, easy and polite to work with. Rare these days but awesome to see. As far as the app, so far it seems to be doing a great job and is allowing us to see and analyze real metrics which helps us make sound decisions based on real data. A+

MIDA app helped me realise how Meta sends bot visitors to my website whenever I run Meta ads on FB or Instagram. As a newbie in e-commerce, I was struggling to understand why the conversion rate did not match the footfall until I saw in the session replay how hundreds of bots were sent to land on the website, only to exit within 3-5 seconds. It was an eye-opener. Recommend all new websites to get MIDA and study the heatmap and session replays to understand customer behaviour in great detail.

This app is really helpful and their support team is super helpful, I had raised a bug and within a say or two they fixed and and even informed which is very rare these days. Please keep up the good work

Fantastic app that gives you a fly on the wall view of what your customers can do and find on your website. Gives you a score and suggestions for improvements! It even says if the customer had rage clicks, which unfortunately I realized mine had! I would have never known.

MIDA Heatmaps are of great help in watching UX friendliness on a store, it offers more insights in a more compact view than the free Microsoft Clarity tool, which I am using as well. Also, MIDA team is incredibly helpful. I recommend this app very much!

Been using it for about a month. The replay feature is super practical — you can actually see how customers click around, and we finally figured out why our conversion was stuck. Heatmaps are intuitive too, no more guessing. AI can be a bit wordy sometimes, but auto-flagging high-dropoff sessions is a lifesaver. Free plan works for small stores, and support replies fast. Totally worth it.
