Fantastic, This is by far the best heatmap app out there, They give full recordings of customer, you can see idle time checkout and all that, you even see what the customer was looking at which was perfect. going to try the heatmap soon, they customer support

Overall great visitor replays app! I just love how I can see what's going wrong on my site and what's going right. All of this info has really helped me grow my shopify store and the customer support is really nice. Thank you so much MIDA for making such a great shopify app.

Fantastic app for understanding real customer behavior. The session replays and cursor tracking make it easy to spot where visitors get stuck, what they ignore and what actually works on my store. Super helpful for improving both weak and stong points. Support is fast and helpful

Erik from support was incredibly helpful, kind, and quick to help me navigate the initial set up of MIDA. I ran into the app in the shopify app store and thought the features were phenomenal. The free option is incredible for anyone who is just starting their website, to help them understand their customer's navigation and help them improve their website. Give MIDA a try!

i has been using this app to check my customers journey around my website and to recognise any issues or lack of information. this is the best app i ever installed into my store..it has more worthy information aboout how our customer react on our store..i have been searching this kind of app for long time and got it ..! lucy from support was extremely helpful with activating features so that I could test their system out, even though I was only on the free plan. i really love their app and support

This app is extremely helpful in helping me see some of the blind spots I've missed on my website, as well as spotting spelling errors or link destinations. I've tried a few replay apps, and this one gives you the best bang for your buck. There are quite a few features I've yet to explore because it's full of so many options.

I like this app. It helps me see where traffic is landing on my site. The replays are great information to tell me where I may need to make improvements to my site. Staff was very helpful and responded promptly to any questions I had.

I have been using the MIDA app for a while now, had a great experience with the customer service, very helpful and Lucy has been a great help. Also, I find the app very useful, especially being able to keep up with how customers are behaving, I recommend this app to anyone looking for more insight into their customer's behaviour.
