Easy to set up and the dashboard makes user behavior data simple to understand. Great for spotting where customers drop off or get stuck. Support is super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

MIDA is very useful, it's helping me a lot to understand my customer's behavior, thanks to session recordings, heat maps, list of viewed products and so on. It's a must have for your store and the free plan is perfect por small teams and entrepreneurs.
