I use MIDA: Heatmap, Replay & Record every single day and it has completely changed the way I understand my visitors. It's unbelievably helpful to see exactly what people do on my website – where they click, where they stop, and what might be confusing or causing drop-offs. Thanks to MIDA, I can instantly identify and fix obstacles on my site. It’s like having a direct window into my customers’ experience. I'm a huge fan of this app and honestly blown away by how much value you get even with the free version. As soon as my sales pick up, my first paid app investment will 100% be in MIDA. This app is a game changer. Highly recommended!

If you're looking at this app, you'll likely end up needing to pay at least for their $20/mo "Growth" plan to get the features you're looking for. But those features are pretty solid. The replay feature lets you see exactly what your website visitor saw, where their mouse was, and what events happened (clicked links, viewed products, add to cart, etc). It tracks customers across subsequent visits, too. And their support team is excellent. This is the second app from this developer that I have installed, and their support team has always been great to interact with. If I had two critiques to give, it would be: 1. I wish they had a tier equivalent to the "Growth" plan but with fewer sessions per month at a lower cost. For brand new stores like mine, $20/mo is steep. I'd happily pay $10/mo for 1000 sessions instead of 3500. 2. They really ought to have a video demonstration or something showcasing the features on this app store page. It's much more feature-rich than the app store page lets on.

Very solid app, plenty of free sessions to get good data. I particularly like the features showing how many pages a customer views, if they've viewed collection pages and the importance / potential of each visit. I recommend!

This app is definitely a game changer when it comes to providing insights on customer behaviour. Useful for determining design flaws and what users are struggling to locate or expect elements to do on a page based on clicks. Customer support is fast, friendly and very accommodating. So far great experience. Thanks to Chloe!

We love the app, we utilize it to ensure our landing pages are converting our paid traffic and its so helpful to see exactly what people are reading and scrolling right past, especially when its your CTA boxes

I’m really really happy with the MIDA app, it's super easy to use in our shop! Chloe has been incredibly helpful — she responds super fast, always friendly and even offered me special deals so I could use more sessions to better understand my customers. The app works smoothly and gives great insights. Highly recommend, not just for the tool itself but also for the outstanding customer support!

I haven't used this app a lot yet, its still a fresh download, but so far I am impressed. It takes a little video of where your customers are going, and can lend insights into how your website is viewed by others. They're quick and easy to talk to for customer service too. So far so good.

App does everything it is supposed to. Comes with a free plan that covers your needs until sales really start to come through. On top of that, support is very helpful and answers quickly. Definitely recommend MIDA to other business owners.

I think it's one of the best app for heatmaps, replays and records. Very intuitive and easy to use. I like the fact that there's a free verision, very usefull if you are a beginner! Also great customer support :)

Very intuitive and easy to use. I love that they offer a free version as my company is still growing but the reports are so useful. Customer support is also great.
