I am really loving this app. Have been using for a while and the content it produces is high quality. It is also very fast, you can change content very quick. I have it set to Auto Post and the views I get for that content is great. Then I continue posting like normal with the app for even better results. Great app guys, keep up the good work Minta!!

I have had my ups and downs with Minta. However, I must say that they are the most consistent social media posting app you will find on Shopify. I have tried them ALL!!

I signed up for a free trial, selected the monthly option, but was charged for an entire year. They refuse to refund me, insisting that I chose the yearly plan, which I would never have done. The app is advertised as an AI marketing tool, but it doesn’t deliver on that promise. It simply takes your current inventory and inserts it into templates with poor graphics and generic music. Half the time, the text is unreadable due to color choices, and I often have to edit the posts to make them presentable. There’s really no point in using this app since you end up spending time editing and reposting content anyway. What’s worse, I sell clothes, but the app kept posting ads for jewelry, which is completely irrelevant to my business. Overall, this app isn’t worth the time or money, and it could actually harm your social media presence unless you constantly delete and repost edited versions of their content.

SHAME ON MINTA. I'VE HAD THIS FOR 7YRS. $55 MONTHLY. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORSE. TECH. SUPPORT DOESN'T COME THRU W/ 24 HRS FOR HELP. & CHECK WHAT'S GOING ON? THE SUPERVISOR VERY UNPROFESSIONAL HE TURNED OFF MY CHAT BUTTON. I PAY FOR A SERVICE & DO ALL THE WORK. HE ALSO TOLD ME TAKE MY CAPS OFF, WHEN MESSAGING HIM. I HAVE ALL THE PROOF & EMAILS TO BACK IT UP. DON'T WANT REFUND, JUST MY MINTA APP FIXED. FOR A LOYAL CUSTOMER & A PAYING CUSTOMER I DESERVE RESPECT, I DESERVE FOR MY APP. TO BE RESEARCHED & FIND THE BUG & DEBUG. I WENT TO SHOPIFY ABOUT THIS MINTA APP. ALSO & LEF IT ALONE & CLOSED THE CASE. I'M A PAYING CUSTOMER. NO ONE CAN TELL ME WHAT I'VE DONE TO DESERVE THIS TREATMENT. ALL I'VE ASKED IS FOR SOMEONE TO FIX MY MINTA AP.
