Try this app. It works a treat, no coding needed and installs seamlessly. It does what it says, is modern and whilst the app analytics are just okay, our own analytics show the app returns. That said apps are never a set and forget, so if you drive the app, use the features and work it, the app delivers. Set and forget and it’s like driving without ever putting your foot down. It will do what it needs but no more. In summary great app, well designed, works as intended and customer service that is responsive. Well done!

Charlene was perfect ! This girl is funny and helpful, just keep going on with her! charlene is the best! She helped me a lot to solve my problem and I have to say I even asked her if I could get her number so that I could contact support at any time, or rather, to be able to use YOUR support, because it was just perfect! She wrote to me at a time when I had tried everything and almost thought it was no longer possible, but then Charlene came and clarified everything briefly, she is very cheerful as I can see from our conversation. I think she is a good member maybe even the best! You should promote her ha ha. Charlene keep it up HURRA! I installed the app recently and got a good impression right away thanks to Charlene I think if the support wasn't as polite and nice as Charlene was I wouldn't be as good at communicating with this app! But as it happened, I intend to continue using this app!

I heard great things about this app—the first day of trying it out, looks great and robust. We aren't sure if we'll keep it, profits will tell. However, shout out to their customer service. Charlene was super helpful! We had access issues, and Charlene was just 10/10, providing instructions and being super patient. Just for the sake of customer service, I hope the app fits our goals!

Awesome app! can customise it to match your website and looks super high end! as well as increasing AOV this is an amazing tool! the customer support is excellent! every time I have a question I ask the chat and they get back to you almost instantly! Charlene helped me right away with adding a free gift promotion in my cart! Thank you

Early days with the app but its quite easy to use. I have been able to create the first promotion for a client of mine quite easily. Special shoutout to the Customer Service team, especially to Charlene. I had a small bug in the cart which was catered to, attended to and closed out within a few days. I love it when someone pays attention to customer service like they do!

I've used the app for about a week now and it definitely works! Our AOVs have been higher as customers add more to their carts to get multiple free gifts with purchase. Very happy we switched to this app for our upsells! ------ So far so good! Just installed the app after researching all the other cart upsell options in the app store, as well as trying a few of the other options in the past. I'm amazed at how quick it was to set up. I have a theme with a mini-cart that isn't in the Shopify theme store and was worried about how the app would work with my theme. Charlene answered me in the chat box right away and made the updates and fixes in less than 5 minutes. I'm looking forward to seeing how this app works to improve our sales and aov!

This app is a great addition to my small Shopify store - I don't have many SKUs so this really increases my AOV. I had a handful of issues when installing, reached out to customer support & received literally IMMEDIATE assistance and the issues were fixed in no time at all. Keen to keep tracking the ROI for this app, seems to be very reasonably priced for the hard work it does.

Customer service has been next level. Instant chat response trouble shooting a glitch. Screen record support, friendly, and when we couldn't fix it my problem was sent straight to the dev team for analysis. Thanks Monster team!

Excellent customer service. They are so helpful and they quickly help you customize the app to your needs. 100% recommend. Shout out to Charlene for helping. She was so friendly and did a great job. I requested a feature to be developed and checked in a few weeks later and the beta version was available for us to use! They really do take your feedback into account.

This is a really great app with plenty of features to try for your store's cart. I really enjoy the cart preview as you customize each feature to match your brand. A very helpful app. Having the cart accessible at all times makes UX so much better. I also like the upsell and free gift capabilities. There are still some improvements to be had but I have been told it's all coming. Support is fantastic, with someone jumping onto the chat straight away, and going above and beyond to help me. Very friendly staff.
