Signed up for the free trial, but right away the system appears to be clunky and cumbersome, so I wanted to cancel the trial same day. Well, there is NO WAY TO CANCEL and you can't speak to anyone and the chatbot says it will be many hours before they can get back to me. This is poor customer experience and it's been less than 24 hours. My advice is DO NOT INSTALL OR ACCEPT THE FREE TRIAL BECAUSE IT WILL BE HARD TO CANCEL --UPDATE- you have to uninstall the app and supposedly it will automatically cancel the free trial, yet there's absolutely no information in the app to tell you this is the way it works. I still stick to my 1 star review. I now associate this company with "frustration"

I am so far very impressed by the support I have been given. The system itself looks to be perfect for my needs and I am looking forward to getting this all set up. Thanks for your hard work team keep up the good work.

Fantastics Product & Amazing Support. Very versatile and detailed options which can be controlled by admin. The design is a little conventional, but the app still does all the work needed.

We love using this app/product. It really helps us manage multiple suppliers. This is not a weak product. There are many options for this. So it is important to take your time to explore all the robust feature sets. Still, the support staff is very helpful, informative, and most of all patient in their explanations to help us swiftly.

Great experience so far. 5-star customer service. English is simple and plain so sometimes a bit hard to understand but that's okay. Love this app and it has taken my business to the next level. Thanks Asim Hashmi for outstanding help with showing me how the feature apps work. Note that it costs extra the more sellers you add. (Capped at $45 for unlimited sellers.) Also feature apps cost extra.
