Very nice and helpful support. The app serves its purpose. However, since I place a lot of value on usability and design, I probably won't continue to use the app. 4 stars from me. By the way, the support should stop asking penetratingly for ratings. If i may submit a suggestion for improvement: change the usability of your dashboards and use an appealing design, at least for the customer area, so that people want to use your solution. Otherwise the website looks very trashy and confusing. Unfortunately, you are the only vendor marketplace app in the app store, so I have to use a CMS other than Shopify for my project. Best regards.

If we feel the client is happy with the app and support, then we ask once to the client for a review and rating of the app. And if the review is requested multiple times from our end, please share the reference ticket or chat number on [email protected], and we will look into this. We never penetrate clients to give reviews for the app. Regarding the Dashboard Design- As the app is very vast and has lots of functionalities, so we have provided a standard design for the app. But, we have provided the option of Custom Js/Css for making the changes in the seller portal. And we have also provided the codes for editing the Seller Signup/login page as the client's choice. Since this is a SAAS-based platform, it is not possible to make the design changes as per every client's requirements. We are continuously improving the design of the app. Also, we are always open to good suggestions for improving the app. But for changing the design of the app, there are some processes that we need to follow. Great Customer Support, really friendly, fast and professional. The App has a lot of helpful feautures and functionlities which is unique and cool. Until now everything is perfect. You can also find a lot of explanation online which is really helpful.

I began using this app 3-4 years ago and back then it was quite difficult and complicated. I began using this app again this year for a new store and it has improved significantly. I feel like there are still a few improvements to be made, features to be added etc, but I can see that this company is keen on constantly upgrading and improving. Their support is fast, personal and efficient, the support guys are so polite and always happy to help, even with tech idiots like me! haha. 100% recommend.

So many spelling mistakes, very basic functionality unless you install plugins which can amount to $400 US a month plus a subscription of $75 for the app (if you want 10 sellers). And without plugins this is basically useless. No call feature for support, only email

Takes alot of time to get it to do what you want to do to start off. Just starting the use of it and I am really happy with the layout for now :) Will keep review updated if any negative occurrences/downs/slowing etc. The team helped me alot with little things non stop as well! Thank you again for the platform and hopefully I can make good use of it all!

Fantastics Product & Amazing Support. Very versatile and detailed options which can be controlled by admin. The design is a little conventional, but the app still does all the work needed.

We love using this app/product. It really helps us manage multiple suppliers. This is not a weak product. There are many options for this. So it is important to take your time to explore all the robust feature sets. Still, the support staff is very helpful, informative, and most of all patient in their explanations to help us swiftly.
