J'utilise cette application pour mon site, qui est une place de marché pour la location de matériel de puériculture. Le prix défie toute concurrence (de très loin!!) et les nombreux outils permettent de faire presque tout ce que l'on veut. Le support client est toujours réactif, amical; je les contacte très régulièrement et je n'ai jamais eu de problèmes. Par contre la maîtrise de l'anglais est obligatoire et il faut un peu de temps pour bien maîtriser l'application.

We've tried out this app and soon found it can't satisfy our requirements. So we quit the usage, this was last year (2021). We found invoices for April and May in 2022 simply out of blue. Or course, annoying and frustrating experinecs. Hope they will settle down this quickly.

This is a brilliant app with easy to manoeuvre heads for a non-tech person like me too. More than that, their customer support is out of this world. Can't praise them enough and can't recommend them enough.

DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE WE DID !! Wasted time, money, efforts and suffered continuous business loss because of their incompetence. What a massive failure Webkul team has been in making this plugin work for the customer, after months and months of calls and followups they still aren't able to solve the simple requirement of error-free bulk data upload, the most basic requirement of a MVM is effective metadata management for client-store, but they're just a bunch of ineffective people. The level of incompetence is so high that if i try to upload a file with just 500 products it will run for hours and eventually end up in error. 2-way sync is just a scam, the sync doesn't work at all, any data i update on this goddamn app, has no surety whether it will reflect in my shopify store or not. STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST USING THIS APP

I used the webkul multivendor marketplace application, there are still some things to improve but we are on the right track. I thank the efficiency of the remote support team, they always help you and are always ready to respond. they also introduced a chatbox that always answers your questions !!

This is a great app if you want to have a multivendor marketplace! The customer service is fantastic, they communicate very well with you diligently assisting you. I am not a developer and had some difficulties at first, but thanks to Pooja and their team of developers, Ayush being one of them, my issues and were resolved, and requests are being worked on. I love how they keep improving the app adding very helpful and smart features. I strongly recommend this app and, want to give a very special thanks to Pooja and her team for having so much patience walking me through every step of the way!

After searching for other applications we found webkul and decided to try it out to fulfill our dream of setting up a marketplace. The application far exceeded our expectations. As we have no programming knowledge and not much budget to start with, we wrote to them asking for help to insert some codes and they were available and attentive to help us at no cost. After two years of application management, we have achieved integrations that would have been impossible without Webkul's collaboration. We fully recommend their services.

With this app it was possible for us to built up a marketplace connecting many brands with different store-types via API. Usually everything works fine, reliable and when a bug happens you get support very quickly. Also some customizations were possible. So for our current status buidling up a marketplace business this app is essential and very helpful - I can recommend!
