Great experience so far. 5-star customer service. English is simple and plain so sometimes a bit hard to understand but that's okay. Love this app and it has taken my business to the next level. Thanks Asim Hashmi for outstanding help with showing me how the feature apps work. Note that it costs extra the more sellers you add. (Capped at $45 for unlimited sellers.) Also feature apps cost extra.

Webkul has been great in providing regular, helpful support when we've needed it, and they're also working on a number of bespoke developments for us so that our Multi Vendor Marketplace works exactly how we need it to. There are regular updates as they are constantly improving the platform and they're receptive to feedback. I'd highly recommend choosing them!

The app works to its purpose. The support team is great and always very fast to answer. Nonetheless, it gets 3 starts because I find it a bit rigid and any addons that you could use have an extra cost, which makes this a super expensive app.

This app is the reason I switched to Shopify, and I'm very disappointed. I have a consignment shop. I was hoping to automate vendor payouts. This app makes it possible for vendors to manage their own inventories, but that's where it stops. Payouts are still manual, and the reporting is terrible. I have to just use Shopify's reporting instead. The Paypal integration doesn't work. The Stripe integration requires the vendors to implement Stripe as well, which is a non-starter. I have the Pro version, so it doesn't get better than this. I'm planning to migrate to something else. Really bummed this didn't work.

Not very good support. At the beginning of the configuration I got stuck, I was so excited to use this software, but my experience was horrible, my trial period even almost ended at the time I removed this app.

Difficult to configure if there is a complete presentation / video related to the installation or having a team that can install / configure on a separate site is fine. ___________________________________________________________________________________ Now I've gotten help from your team, something that I cannot configure on my shop, but now it done. I'm trying out this app to convert our online shop into a market place for used B2B sharing vehicles. During that process, I came across many riddles, since I'm new to it. But Webkul's customer response did a great job guiding me through it and helping out with a few code customizations. Thumbs up!

We are organizing several Shopify store and using this app in all of our store. I think there are no other multivendor market place app in Shopify. One of the good thing of this app is that there are so many feature apps compatible with this app. Webkul have so many other apps and most of them are compatible to each other so we can use them at the same time in single store. We will keep using this app and app from Webkul.
