Tech support is very good - You can reach out to them and they answer quickly - Very practical for small business.

I used the webkul multivendor marketplace application, there are still some things to improve but we are on the right track. I thank the efficiency of the remote support team, they always help you and are always ready to respond. they also introduced a chatbox that always answers your questions !!

After some initial hurdles in setting up the app, support (Priyanka) has helped me navigate and correct most of my issues related to the app and now I have only some programming issues to be fixed on the theme/ Shopify end. I do with the “make an offer” app would be more useful and able to be offer made, offer accepted, rejected or offer countered to make a true offer and acceptance solution but will just allow seller/ buyer to email until/ if programmed in such a manner.

Great app, with great customization and all what you need to make a great marketplace. The support is awesome and they help very fast you every time you need it.

Their support chat and FAQ section is the best. They have an answer for every question/issue which has been incredible as we set this up!

This is a great app if you want to have a multivendor marketplace! The customer service is fantastic, they communicate very well with you diligently assisting you. I am not a developer and had some difficulties at first, but thanks to Pooja and their team of developers, Ayush being one of them, my issues and were resolved, and requests are being worked on. I love how they keep improving the app adding very helpful and smart features. I strongly recommend this app and, want to give a very special thanks to Pooja and her team for having so much patience walking me through every step of the way!

After searching for other applications we found webkul and decided to try it out to fulfill our dream of setting up a marketplace. The application far exceeded our expectations. As we have no programming knowledge and not much budget to start with, we wrote to them asking for help to insert some codes and they were available and attentive to help us at no cost. After two years of application management, we have achieved integrations that would have been impossible without Webkul's collaboration. We fully recommend their services.

With this app it was possible for us to built up a marketplace connecting many brands with different store-types via API. Usually everything works fine, reliable and when a bug happens you get support very quickly. Also some customizations were possible. So for our current status buidling up a marketplace business this app is essential and very helpful - I can recommend!

System is very buggy. I have my suppliers complaining regularly that they are not receiving email and sometimes they wont even get the order until we ask them. Shopify will have the order but multivendor backend wont have any. No Phone support for any urgent matters. Losing everyday because of this. **** Updated 05/11/2021 Very unprofessional. I have in record where you emailed us saying about your server outrage which caused that issue and you advised me to sync manaully. Whereas the explanation you gave below is for the other issue I reported to you guys for which you came back to me saying what I missed which is correct. I came here to delete this review after seeing your support email. But now I'm leaving it as it is for others to see.

We are using this app, since few months, though it supports multivendor, some of the basics features are still missing. Such as: showing prices or special prices, etc. When we contact the supports since they did not come across these features and if more queries will come, they will look into this.. This defeats the whole purpose to get this app..... Still waiting for their reply... This app is incredibly powerful and has thought of EVERYTHING when it comes to managing a marketplace. Their support team is amazing. Always respond to my queries within 24 hours and have always presented me with a solution to what I need. Highly recommend!

I've been using this multi-vendor marketplace app by Webkul for a couple months now, ahead of my store launch in a few weeks. Everything the Shopify API permits, this app will do it. And every question I ask has an answer - and the team at Webkul is incredibly responsive and helpful. The only downside in my opinion is a UX that could be simplified and is a little overwhelming. But I trust the team at Webkul for their hard work to drop continuous upgrades, and I don't regret trusting them with such an important decision for my business, as this App will be powering all transactions and much more! to be continued!
