This app is great! We carry so many different types of vendors and they all love the access available through MVM! Big success for our small business and a huge time saver! The help desk they provide is extremely helpful. Love this app!

このアプリを使うと、複数のアカウントを持つことができ、発送元をそれぞれ独自に設定することができます。表向きは一つのセレクトショップですが、裏側は複数のベンダーが管理できます。カスタマーサポートの方の対応も早くおすすめのアプリです。

I am pretty dissappointed to see other reviews stating how amazing customer service is, because I can't get them to respond to my inquiries to save my life. Have been reaching out since late September with the same issue, and have yet to get any resolution, or even a response. I like the app, but when my questions can't be answered, it makes for a very difficult time figuring out how to proceed. **In response to your reply, your posted screenshot shows your answer from my very first inquiry. I have messaged you three times since then. Once in September, once in October, and again a few days ago, with no response. I would not have left this review otherwise, but am at least happy to have caught your attention so hopefully I can get the one glitch I've been trying to resolve for two months now, handled.**

System is very buggy. I have my suppliers complaining regularly that they are not receiving email and sometimes they wont even get the order until we ask them. Shopify will have the order but multivendor backend wont have any. No Phone support for any urgent matters. Losing everyday because of this. **** Updated 05/11/2021 Very unprofessional. I have in record where you emailed us saying about your server outrage which caused that issue and you advised me to sync manaully. Whereas the explanation you gave below is for the other issue I reported to you guys for which you came back to me saying what I missed which is correct. I came here to delete this review after seeing your support email. But now I'm leaving it as it is for others to see.

Regarding the seller not receiving the emails : This is because the product was not available in the multivendor app, which is why there was no email sent to seller and caused all the confusion. Definitely a very well-developed app with rapid and great CS support!!! No worries even if you are weak at coding, since the support team is very helpful and quick in response (usually within 1 day) that they will help you to deal with theme coding & interface coding. My company has ~300 offline vendors and we are gradually adding them online. And this app is very user-friendly that almost most of your inquiries can find an answer, and the app even provides user manuals and tutorial videos for both the admin and the vendors!!! I am just so satisfied. The only withdraw is that the app itself don't not include Chinese language interface (and most of my vendors are Chinese users), you need to install some translation plug-in (which I tried but does not work well) or to translate all the wordings of interface by yourself.

We are using this app, since few months, though it supports multivendor, some of the basics features are still missing. Such as: showing prices or special prices, etc. When we contact the supports since they did not come across these features and if more queries will come, they will look into this.. This defeats the whole purpose to get this app..... Still waiting for their reply... Please note: These comments are not trying to defame or let the team down, but sharing the pain we are going through it... Thanks

This app is incredibly powerful and has thought of EVERYTHING when it comes to managing a marketplace. Their support team is amazing. Always respond to my queries within 24 hours and have always presented me with a solution to what I need. Highly recommend!

I used this app and a number of added features for this app to create a multivendor marketplace which allows for booking services, pickup, delivery and shipping. I needed help implementing coding and Webkul was extremely helpful. They were very responsive, very friendly and very knowledgeable. They helped me solve problems and added the features to fit my needs. I will continue to use Webkul's products and highly recommend them to others even if you don't have a lot of programming knowledge. Their products a highly versatile allowing me to set-up my website to fit my vision for the company I'm working on. Thank you Webkul!

I've been using this multi-vendor marketplace app by Webkul for a couple months now, ahead of my store launch in a few weeks. Everything the Shopify API permits, this app will do it. And every question I ask has an answer - and the team at Webkul is incredibly responsive and helpful. The only downside in my opinion is a UX that could be simplified and is a little overwhelming. But I trust the team at Webkul for their hard work to drop continuous upgrades, and I don't regret trusting them with such an important decision for my business, as this App will be powering all transactions and much more! to be continued!

Pooja is the best person to work with, and has made my experience working with Webkul wonderful! She deserves a promotion in my opinion. I had many hick-ups in the beginning with Webkul, until Pooja jumped in to help assist on the issues we were having. She has been a great support team!

This app is saving me so much time and resources, not only because it solves and brings an obvious solution to get sellers inside my store, but also because the customer support is excellent, beyond expectations. The feature apps are a great addition and are helping me build the perfect experience for my sellers. I can see they are improving quickly and are eager to repair any imperfection that I find in their system. 100% worth it. I am excited to see what else you guys bring.

First and foremost their customer service is incredible. The app itself is unbelievable. It has lots of different plug ins that are necessary in the long run. I would recommend it 100%. I used different marketplace apps but this one is more complete. I couldnt be happier.

it is a complete marketplace solution ,however it has a lot of bugs and the customer service is abysmal
