Pooja is the best person to work with, and has made my experience working with Webkul wonderful! She deserves a promotion in my opinion. I had many hick-ups in the beginning with Webkul, until Pooja jumped in to help assist on the issues we were having. She has been a great support team!

Very good and usefull app if you are planning to make a marketplace from your shopify store. Tons of settings and customization. Moreover, support is very helpfull!

First and foremost their customer service is incredible. The app itself is unbelievable. It has lots of different plug ins that are necessary in the long run. I would recommend it 100%. I used different marketplace apps but this one is more complete. I couldnt be happier.

We've been using this app for about a year now and feel like it would be appropriate to leave a review at this point. This is a fantastic app with more features than most stores will use. Their customer support has gone above and beyond to help me on multiple occasions. 10 / 10 in this regard helping with page integrations of marketplace features to layout formatting. The vendor and admin dashboard are great and highly customizable. As admin you have complete control over what you want your vendors to be able to see and do. Listing products as a vendor is easy and intuitive as well. I do wish this app would show vendors / admin how much of each product they have sold though. If you are looking at building a marketplace, this app is going to give you the features you need to startup and grow.

Really intuitive app once you go for the Pro plan ran alongside the advanced shopify. If you have both of these you can create a great platform. Customer support from Ayush Kansal was superb - even got back and helped during the weekend

A great app! it might need some minor adjustment but overall an app that suits my needs. Pooja has been an exceptional help, she is responsive, helpful, and always replies promptly, I can't recommend her enough.

Avoid this app at all cost! Among the MANY ISSUES and the CONSTANT ERRORS with this app, the one thing that is completely unacceptable is that there have been numerous times when customers were not able to checkout any items from my website because products were somehow not synchronizing with this app (although everything was uploaded correctly on my end). I have contacted them many times with regards to this issue but customer service only replies the next day, within a few hours, and do not reply on weekends (which means that in the meantime, your products cannot be purchased at all). They had to fix this internal issue on many occasions but has never been apologetic and has caused me to lose sales. UPDATE: With regards to their reply, I have used my personal email/Skype and have spoken to several people from their team, e.g. Neha, Nitika Srivastava, Tapesh, Pratik Kumar. It is certainly NOT TRUE that their "average response time is generally very fast, even on weekends.". I have DELETED this app as it has caused too many problems.

The Useless Pancreas - a marketplace for Type 1 diabetics. It does take some time and patience to understand how the software works, but the app itself provides a number of great features and customizations. On top of that, support from Jyoti has been top-notch. Quick replies and great service! Thanks to the Webkul team for developing a very robust multi-vendor program and layering in wonderful service!

The app has great functions for multi-vendor selling and is easy to use and help from support is always informative and helpful.

The support is really helpful in case you need them. The answer very quickly and they are supper happy to help you!

The continuous ongoing support that is timely and efficient is really appreciated. There's a lot of elements that required hands on experience before being able to identify any required modifications. This team has always been there when needed. Although it takes perseverance and patience getting through the customer service filtering, the end results are wonderful. Even to the point that they implemented a system upgrade to pro-actively address potential addon issues based on the feed back provided.

We've used this app with a limited number of vendors so far in order to simplify fulfillment from sellers outside of our organization. There are some elements that are intuitive, and others that are confusing, but we've been very pleased with how many contingencies Multi Vendor Marketplace takes into account.

As compared to other apps this app is best if you are looking for a multi vendor app but there are some features which require to be added hope webkul will add them to make this app perfect
