The Useless Pancreas - a marketplace for Type 1 diabetics. It does take some time and patience to understand how the software works, but the app itself provides a number of great features and customizations. On top of that, support from Jyoti has been top-notch. Quick replies and great service! Thanks to the Webkul team for developing a very robust multi-vendor program and layering in wonderful service!

The continuous ongoing support that is timely and efficient is really appreciated. There's a lot of elements that required hands on experience before being able to identify any required modifications. This team has always been there when needed. Although it takes perseverance and patience getting through the customer service filtering, the end results are wonderful. Even to the point that they implemented a system upgrade to pro-actively address potential addon issues based on the feed back provided.

We've used this app with a limited number of vendors so far in order to simplify fulfillment from sellers outside of our organization. There are some elements that are intuitive, and others that are confusing, but we've been very pleased with how many contingencies Multi Vendor Marketplace takes into account.

Products inventory update is not synching with shopify automatically and we need to do it product by product. We've been calling this out to their support, no radical solution provided. This is diminishing our credibility with both customers and vendors.

So happy that I decided to use this app. When I decided to build a marketplace for music teachres, I did heaps of research into plugins for Wordpress, Shopify and all manner of custom and templated marketplaces. Really happy that I went with this MVM plugin! It has been perfect for getting me setup quickly. Initial setup was super easy and while the refinement and smaller detail has taken time, the support has been UNBELIEVABLY GOOD! I read some other reviews that said users weren't happy with the level of support Webkul provides but I've only been AMAZED at how responsive and helpful they've been. Not only do they always answer in 24 hours (often 12 or fewer), they've added custom code for me and have even made app improvements when I've suggested features they didn't already have. Totally above and beyond service and support that I've not found anywhere else (and I use a TON of SaaS apps!). If you're looking for a way to get a fully functioning marketplace setup quickly and on a super stable platform like Shopify, then I highly recommend choosing MVM by Webkul. the app is unstable and support is extremely poor. we've been encountering intermittent errors with their product import function and SMTP configuration. but all the support team do is to give you very generic, vague answers which do not address the root cause. they put you on a subscription without a real support team and try to stall as much time as they can until you give up trying. i'd recommend you guys look elsewhere and not waste your time with these people.

We uploaded this app, but have major issues with the multivendor shipping. We've reached out to them for over 1 month now, and they are very slow to respond and still have not given us any solutions. Our business is suffering from this and we have not had any help or support. There is no one you can speak to, and they take forever to respond back ----- Part 2: Webkul will only allow you to book a live chat for 20 mins. Once you reach the 20 mins time, they will tell you straight that you already reached the time allocated to you and you need to book another slot. Also, the booking confirmation is late. Webkul needs to improve its support to its customers. Please stop advertising that you provide 24/7 support. That's not true. We have raised more than a dozen support tickets so far because we are facing a lot of issues and limitations with the app.
