This monster of an app, has completely taken ecommerce to another level in regards to functionalities, features & ease of access. Support team and extended support on point and answered and resolved every single query!! Thanks webkul!!!!! The Gib.shopping Team!

I thought I would find a simple application, it's a real gas plant. When we change plan (upgrade) from the top, or from the bottom, we are charged each time. For some options, one is forced to take the highest Shopify plan. I will not speak of the after-sales service which takes its time to respond and which does not provide a solution. In short, to avoid! I uninstall. Je pensais trouver une application simple, c'est une vraie usine à gaz. Quand on change de plan (mise à niveau) par le haut, ou par le bas, on est facturé à chaque fois. Pour certaines options, on est obligé de prendre le plan Shopify le plus élevé. Je ne parlerai pas du SAV qui prend son temps pour répondre et qui ne donne pas de solution. Bref, à éviter! Moi je désinstalle.
Hi, Thank you for the review. - In case you will have been charged while the plan upgrade or downgrade, you will surely get a credit for the difference amount within few days of the amount deducted, this is how Shopify Billing API works. Also please make a note that all the payments are managed with the Shopify billing API, not from our end. - Also you need not to take the highest plan to use the app, you can use the app with the basic shopify plan, its not at all necessary for you to take the highest shopify plan. Great app and top support. They reply very quickly and are always available to help. The app also provides many addons so you can add more developed features to your marketplace.

The continuous ongoing support that is timely and efficient is really appreciated. There's a lot of elements that required hands on experience before being able to identify any required modifications. This team has always been there when needed. Although it takes perseverance and patience getting through the customer service filtering, the end results are wonderful. Even to the point that they implemented a system upgrade to pro-actively address potential addon issues based on the feed back provided.

excellent app if you want to add multipl vendros o shopify without needing them to log in on your shopify site. has many add on apps that can be puchased, which some are bit downside as we feel they hsould be included with the premium plan. but overall, great pp with great support.

Webkul provides a broad umbrella of options for a multi vendor marketplace app. Their team is highly responsive via email and offers a library of tutorial blogs to help address questions. They are also willing and available to assist with custom programming if needed.

The support was very useful and this app fulfills all the requirements I had. it's a bit complicated at first glance but everything is customizable, your URL and when people signup, the customer is automatically created in your shopify store. 5 stars app !

We've used this app with a limited number of vendors so far in order to simplify fulfillment from sellers outside of our organization. There are some elements that are intuitive, and others that are confusing, but we've been very pleased with how many contingencies Multi Vendor Marketplace takes into account.

We have been using this app for a few months and it certainly has a learning curve (as does everything) but once you learn it, everything is very straightforward. My sellers have been really enjoying using their dashboards and all the perks that come with it like auto order emails, etc. The support team from Webkul has been extremely helpful with every question or request I have submitted to them and it has been a lot. I do highly recommend this app.

I'm happy with the App because of the depth and width of topics it covers and the unique options that no other app offers. Every time I create a ticket it is tackled by a knowledgeable team who would not rest until it's resolved. Sometimes there are features that are not useful for my store and I have to disable them. I gave 3 stars because the app might seem too technical or some features are complicated to set and could be improved.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP FOR ANYONE! There are better ones out there. Terrible customer service. Help docs do not help at all or answer my questions. My plan started at $10/mo but after all the help docs told me I needed to upgrade my plan to $45/mo and add shipping $10, local pick-up $10, multi cart $15, this turned out to be an expensive $79/mo product with no customer support to answer my questions but just keeps asking me to add more and more money. They also needed me to activate the $20 real-time shipping with Shopify. Luckily I didn't do this or I would've paid +$99USD per month for nothing!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP FOR ANYONE! There are better ones out there.

Lets discuss the concerns point by point : 1) As we have checked the last conversation we had from you is on 22nd Nove 2020, after that we have not received any query from your end, and we can see that the average response time in your support was 3-4 hours, which is considered to be great. So, correct me if im wrong and if we have missed any email from your end. 2) You can very well manage the shipping from the shipping methods available on the Shopify store, there is no need for any real time carrier calculated feature to be added. But as you wanted the advance feature to having the sellers manage their shipping rates, then this is something restricted from the Shopify end, that we can get the API to calculate the rates at real time only when you have enabled real time carrier calculated shipping on your store. So, this is something that is required from Shopify end, since you wanted some high end feature. 3) We can easily increase the app pricing and can add all the add-on features as mandatory part of the package, but we have kept the app pricing as low as feasible and have provided easy plug and play options, so you only pay for the feature you are using, not for some high end package, which is of no use to you. Hi, There is a major problem with Invoice Configuration on my Multi vendor store 1) Tax Exclusive calculation is totally wrong 2) Seller bulk Invoice calculations are totally wrong and loss making for the admin Please look into this and give me a speedy support. I have to pay my seller EOD. Awaiting your response ASAP

As compared to other apps this app is best if you are looking for a multi vendor app but there are some features which require to be added hope webkul will add them to make this app perfect

I am giving this app 5 stars for the reason that the team is so quick to help and answer questions, and in my opinion, if you have a team that is so willing and quick to help, then you can accomplish your goals. As for the app, I do think it's a little confusing because there are so many options and you have to become familiar with each option to understand what it does. I do wish certain things, like the seller dashboard, was a little more clean looking and easy to use for the seller. I haven't launched yet and I worry about the ease of use when I finally start to have people sign up. I originally didn't like that you had to pay for every little feature, but I realized that the cost doesn't come close to how much it would cost to have someone create what you are getting in this app and the customer service is superb! Something to note - I originally had a third party theme for my store and certain features weren't working properly with the app. If I had a full time developer I probably could have kept that theme but I ended up switching to a Shopify theme, Impulse, and I'm so happy I did. I wish that in the beginning I had known that it would work better with a Shopify theme because I could have saved myself time, but when you're starting something up a lot of it is trial and error and hopefully this saves someone that error in the beginning! All of this being said, I think the team is working hard to make this app consistently better. I think what they have created right now is a great base that they know is not perfect but that's why they are there to help. I'm excited to launch, especially knowing that if I come across an issue I feel confident that I can reach out to them. My ratings would be a C for the ease of use of the app but A+++ for the team! And that's the rating I feel is most important. If you end up going with this app I would say go into it with the right expectations that it could take some time to get it up and running as smoothly as you would like. But we're all trying to start something so having correct expectations around this should be a no brainer. I also think you have to realize that they haven't just created an app that deals with one feature but an app that has layers upon layers of features. What they have created is really great and if you put the time in and utilize the help they are so quick to offer then it will be worth it in the end. App not bad, but seems reply not engage! and didnt solve my problem. only once are helpful to login and help me solve THEIR SYSTEM PROBLEM. please do a SUPER IDIOT PROOF step by step, not every seller are coding train. spend too much time on it. gonna source for althernative. also seems the DATA is hidden cost, if exceed certain picture space we will been charge. HORRIBLE !

The app is dealing with all the subjects concerning a marketplace and it seems easy to use it for seller (for example adding product with a CSV file). Also, the Webkul team adds often new options and possibilities on the app. There are a lot of configuration options which give us a lot of freedom but also make the setting of the app a little long. To organise some categories as the shipping method you must have a Shopify Plus Plan, or pay extra $ to Shopify every month. I think the explanations in the helping documentation could be more precise, more detailed, often I read it and can't find the answer I'm looking for. But if you have any problem understanding something the Webkul team answers you very fast and precisely. Thank you to them!
