Parece muy buena, pero no han respondido a mi pedido de ayuda varias veces y se terminó el período de prueba. Lástima creo que no era difícil responderme. Así que mejor no puedo calificarla.

I have the most expensive subscription that includes 24/7 support. Unfortunately, for inexplicable reasons, certain functions do not work, so I tried to contact support SEVERAL times and still haven't received a single answer.

So happy that I decided to use this app. When I decided to build a marketplace for music teachres, I did heaps of research into plugins for Wordpress, Shopify and all manner of custom and templated marketplaces. Really happy that I went with this MVM plugin! It has been perfect for getting me setup quickly. Initial setup was super easy and while the refinement and smaller detail has taken time, the support has been UNBELIEVABLY GOOD! I read some other reviews that said users weren't happy with the level of support Webkul provides but I've only been AMAZED at how responsive and helpful they've been. Not only do they always answer in 24 hours (often 12 or fewer), they've added custom code for me and have even made app improvements when I've suggested features they didn't already have. Totally above and beyond service and support that I've not found anywhere else (and I use a TON of SaaS apps!). If you're looking for a way to get a fully functioning marketplace setup quickly and on a super stable platform like Shopify, then I highly recommend choosing MVM by Webkul. The functionality of the app is nicely thought of, the customer care is great too! Ms.Pooja has answered all of our queries and onboarding has been very smooth.

My initial 1 star rating was a bit impetuous because in "my personal" opinion they didn't explain things clear enough, mainly the app on its own does NOT sync with any apps, which it seems to claim in BOLD letters, Shopify or otherwise. If you want to Sync with Shopify stores it's an extra $40, if you also want to sync with WooCommerce stores it's another $25, etc... The app does somethings well, I particularly like the sellers page for what I'm trying to do. The part where I find the app falls short is the manual creation of inventory items, it's a bit clumsy and I think there should be a greater emphasis on making the guest-sellers items fit into the host MVM shop instead what it seems like a pararllel inventory organization, for example I think it would make more sense to be able to use "product types" and "product tags" from the host store (MVM) instead of having to enter new ones in MVM. I would like to point out there customer service is very responsive, they should get credit for that.

Very powerful app and great support. The only downside so far is the lack of languages because if your sellers aren´t English speakers.... you have to spend hours translating stuff. Appart from that, I´m really happy with them =)

Decided to change my review from 5 to 2 stars. The app is not stable anymore as it used to be, every upgrade they do breaks existing functionality and the support is very slow. They are also not communicating any upgrades properly, so you cannot prepare for the changes. Updated my rating to 1 star, as we had another maintenance that just broke the entire site for a long time, again no real communication happened before that, they just do whatever they like whenever they like.

Great app to build a marketplace easily on your shopify store. Easy to setup and tech support provides answers quickly to any problems you face during the setup. Exceptional customer service by Pooja. She went above and beyond to help us with the setup and coordinated with her development team to get us answers immediately.

This is a great app to turn your shopify store into a multi vendor marketplace. Its easy to set up and if you have any questions, the support provided was amazing . So far this app is hands down the best possible way to create an actual reliable marketplace for cheap. I've used Dokan Multi-Vendor with Wordpress and Woocommerce and Webkul is 5 times better than them! Dokan has horrible customer support while Webkul always gets back to me (even sometimes on the weekend)! As of now, I would HIGHLY recommend this app for anyone who is looking to build their start up marketplace. Unless you have at least $20,000 laying around to hire a web dev agency, this is definitely the way to go!
