Multivendor App is ok. Support is kind until you pay a pro plan. We hope to replace this app with a custom one as soon as possible. They ask to pay for adding the Order Id (something already standard that could be done probably in one minute!) to the email to the seller. If you pay for the most expensive plan you expect a bit more.

We're trying the app but setting it up is time consuming and not really friendly. Also there are a lot of features that don't work properly. I was fine for a short while because at least someone was getting back to us when we had issues and something to fixe. After that dead silent. Additionally the app says that they provide 24/7 support but when we tried to contact them on Friday afternoon and follow up that contact Saturday we never received any responses. So it looks like they don really provide the "24/7 support" as the say. In the same line they only respond during normal office hours. So if there are not really consistent with that, with what else would they not be consistent. Great concept but we now have a big trust issues " Multi Vendor Marketplace"... Further, there seems to be a lot of features but the guides are not really self-explanatory, which means that it crucial to get help from the developer to be available for guidance, etc... but again it's difficult to really on them for this.... After, the hard work of trying set it up for over a week we now have to come to the conclusion to terminate the use of the app before the end of the trial

I installed Multi Vendor Marketplace on our site to create a platform for downloadable craft pattern sales by multiple sellers. I have to give the app five stars because although there were some things that needed fixing/adjustment - as is the case with many apps - the team at Webkul has been incredibly helpful! I have asked a ton of them and they have been able to accommodate 95% of my requests. Thank you to Webkul for being great teammates!

I recommend the Multi Vendor Marketplace app to any store and every store! It doesn't matter if it's a Shopify store, Woocommerce, Etsy, Magento, prestashop, BigCommerce, etc... There are also connectors (importing products from one platform to another). It is the BEST app ever! It's so versatile that it can be used for any marketplace (seller-buyer) ecommerce stores. It can be used for tangible ecommerce, digital ecommerce, brick and mortar multiple locations, booking features, product subscription, chat GPT, etc..., the list goes on and on... It's so customizable that the Multi Vendor Marketplace app can be used for anything under the sun. The Multi Vendor Marketplace app deserves 10 stars (**********) This is by far, the best app in Shopify app store. The customer support is beyond GREAT. Mirza Nadeem B. and the rest of the support teams answer all questions in at least 1-business day. The app might be intimidating at first, but take the time to ask clear / concise questions. Take a little bit of time to read the documentation. Understand the app constraints (there are not many constraints, to be honest); understand the flexibility. Do your homework first, before you give the app a bad review! Understand the fundamentals of building things; use divide & conquer to achieve your goal, when using this app. I honestly hope Shopify reviews this app to see its awesomeness. Mirza, you're the best, the developer team, you're the best. Sorry for all these questions, but you guys ROCKS! Kudos to the team at Multi Vendor Marketplace! Thank you!

The support team is very helpful and responds fast. They were in touch with us during the whole integration process and launch. The app solves most of our basic needs as a multivendor marketplace and I see it as a good solid start.

I used the app for a day before it became too frustrating, The tabs didn`t work properly and I couldn`t access many parts of the dashboard. The app itself looks wonderful, but the functionality isn`t smooth, and imo needs work. I will come back and check again in 3 months, but at this juncture too pricey given the risk.

We are building our marketplace at the moment, but I already can tell that : -customer service is awesome, I've had relevant answers in less than 24 hours -it takes some effort to understand the logic but once you do you can do a lot of things. Almost everything is explained on webkul blog. -it's not expensive considering the amount of options you have // unless you start adding a lot of feature app.

I like the apart somewhat, but I have a few things I am not fond of, which as the amount of time it takes customer service to get back to you. And, when they do it is usually with links to articles, which is ok but the customer service is not so good. I would also say that there are ALOT of hidden charges. You make think your paying $45 for a plan, but they have different apps within it that are vital and you will end up paying sometimes more than the actual app only costs. Also, it crashes alot and can be very mal functional. I cant get my seller profiles to display, and I have been awaiting for quite a while for a response.

We have been working with Multivendor for 8 months and everything has worked correctly. But we have had some problems in terms of updating products synchronized with Shopify that, fortunately, Webkul support has managed to answer in order to solve the problems. When the App is being updated, all changes made by Sellers are not reflected in the Shopify store, such as product removal or stock modification. So the only thing I would add to the App is an improvement in terms of synchronization in the update. Many thanks to the support team!

Extremely poor customer support and poor UI & UX, but there is no option better than this. Please, guys someone plz make a better multivendor app. They are enjoying a monopoly. But the app is simply time-consuming and very frustating. Topping is no support.

Short summary: Webkul provides the best way to create a highly scalablу and highly customizable multi-seller-multi-buyer portal with an unbelivably fantastic support team at a bargain price. Detailed description: This is one stellar app with a support team you can only dream of. When you need to build fast a scalable website for many sellers and buyers this is a way to go on Shopify and I think on most other platforms. Tons of out of the box and paid addon features. Highly customizable. Basically, everything can be customized. If you want to change something in the system like how a certain feature looks or works, this can be changed by customer support team most of the time for free within a day or two and highly complicated customizations cost next to nothing with free lifetime support and maintenance. Lots of addon features are only available on Shopify, but some only available on other platforms. Given that Webkul already developed some add-ons for other platforms, they can bring them to Shopify fast and at a reasonable price. Great integrations with other apps like Weglot. Warning: The system is very complex and given lots of integrations some things might not work or look as you expect out of the box, or some settings can be located in unexpected places, but just write to the support team and they will do everything needed to make the app work as you want it to work. I am going to update this review and provide a link to the website once it is life.
