Great app. It works really well. Great assistance - the support is brilliant and super helpful. Its a bit crude but I am sure it will get better with time.

I'm giving this app a 5-star rating because, in the end, its performance and the support are exceeding my expectations. That doesn't mean that the app or the support is perfect but things are working out much better than I expected. I had serious reservations about using this app and was quite concerned because of some negative reviews I had seen on another site but I couldn't find another alternative so I reluctantly decided to give it a try. We had a bit of a rocky start. The documentation could be a little more thorough. Neha has been very patient with me as I went through the learning curve and we have been learning how to work with each other. Bottom line is if you are considering this app I say go for it.

This APP has saved us from spending hundreds of Euros on software development, it really works well, and the support is over the top.

This company truly has the best service and software engineers and developers there are and they are there to help you. I had a complicated issue with my site and the integration with Webkul app and Neha at Webkul resolved the issue with my site. I am very tech savvy and know some code myself and am usually able to figure it out but I couldn't. They resolved the issue on the back end which would have normally cost be lots of money if I were to outsource it on Fivver. I am more than happy with the application they have built in addition to that I can honestly say its the best customer service I have ever received as Neha resolved a very complicated issue. Thank you Neha! Great service!

Hi, Thank you for the review. We have options in the App, to translate the whole backend in the language required, you can use that. Adding to it, you can also integrate Weglot translation to the app, so that the app is translated to multiple languages. Hope this helps.

A great value exchange. Marketplaces require extensive features and functionality. Webkul provides much for the cost, and comes with responsive customer support.

Great application! Super useful if you provide products that come from different suppliers / vendors. Great functionality, and very robust. Support team is on-point and very quick to resolve issues. Some additional external / 3rd-party integrations would be great, e.g. Mailchimp, Zapier.

This app has provided exactly what we have been looking for! We have tried multiple plugins for allowing multivendor and this is the only one that we have used with great success! Thank you! Works great and support are very prompt and helpful.Thanks so much!

App works as advertised - support has been really helpful through the integration process and followed through on a custom feature we wanted. Would definitely recommend for any stores with multiple vendors!

App does not install all the software correctly. When you ask for support they say read the guides. However the guide only shows things if the app works correctly. If the app is missing functions these guides do nothing to help. When you explain this to support, they send the link back to a guide again. Support needs to actual listen to the issue.

I added the app thinking I might give it a try but struggled with it and thought I cancelled out before the free trial ended. I got billed. I contacted Shopify, had to do backflips to prove to them I was the owner of the account, then got punted to the app admin who denied request for refund. Hardest $10 I ever never intended to spend. Sucky McSuck Face Customer Service.

But as we have checked you have installed the app on the store from 17 March 2019 to 23 April 2019 (http://prntscr.com/njs2j8), this is why you have been charged as you have the app installed on the store even after the 15 days trail expired. And in case you do not wish to use the app, then its advisable to remove the app once the trail period is about to get over. Hope this explains the situation more clearly. Je débute sur Shopify et j'ai pris cette app car c'est très pratique pour avoir différents vendeurs sans avoir à s'occuper des stocks des uns et des autres : Pooja de Webkul répond très rapidement avec une grande patience en anglais : tout se fait par mail et cela permet de bien se comprendre via des pages de capture qu'elle m'envoie pour que cela soit plus clair, Je ne parle pas parfaitement anglais et m'aide de traducteurs et j'arrive à bien travailler ainsi.

We migrated over from Bold Marketplace to Webkul around a year ago. We have around 150 sellers from 60 countries - Webkul's app is by far the best on the market for both new and scaling marketplaces. Whilst the app has many advance features built into it already, the team are always willing to customize elements for you should you need them. Originally, we had to have seperate apps for Shipping Prices / Rules, Wishlists, Customer Service, Invoicing and more - this app has it all in one saving both time and money. Highly recommend.

They offer plenty of options and apps we can add to the platform. We have asked dozens of questions to their team to get some help with adjustments we wanted to make, and they have always followed up and did their best to help us with what we needed.

We finally settled on the option with Webkul after a few months of exploring alternative platforms to Shopify for our multivendor football marketplace. They have been extremely helpful in getting us setup, fixing bugs and answering all of our queries as promptly as possible. The customer service has been excellent so far and we look forward to working with them in the long-term!

I had trouble contacting support for a little while, but once neha heard about it she came to my rescue and dealt with my frustrated self trying to get all my issues back in working order immediately. And and once we were in contact she did her best and all my issues were fixed the same day. Thank you neha. Keep up the good work.
