Translate store ‑ GTranslate

Suzanne was great and helped me out. That problem has been bothering me for a long time, and the plugin is also very easy to use.

Great APP so far, ELLA at the support team was amazing, we asked to change the location of the widget and in less than a couple of hours, everything was taken care of with ease.

app performance decent, but like every other app you might have to work on improving some translations but if you need help with that good look finding a rep that is actually willing to help you and not just send you articles, not even mentioning that they take longer to answer than any other app i have worked with

I have tried two other translation apps in the past and they were not working within my shopify store and all ended up removing them few days after installing them. Finally I came across G/Translate and decided to give this app a go. I am glad that I did it. The customer service team was superb ( Suzan, Elen and Susanna) They installed this apps on my store and positioning the droopdown language menu just where I wanted within 2 days after I was seeking for support. I would highly recommend this apps to any shopify store owner who is looking for lanugage translation apps . Also, to those who do not have any website coding knowlege, No worries, simply ask their support team to set this app up for you . Thumbs up

The interface is a little tricky but the Customer Support is phenomenal. I have a heavily customized theme and they implemented everything i needed. Always quick to respond and finding solutions.

Great customer service by Sussana and the team, they put the language selector exactly where I wanted it. Once again Elen and Dmitry help me a lot.

Doesn't support domain sub folder configuration and we must use sub domain so that it works. Not optimized for SEO.

Easy installation with great quick support from Susanna to help me get it working and looking great on desktop and mobile with my custom theme.

I really liked how good and detailed and patient the call center agent Elen was. I am new to G Translate and it can be a little complicated in the beginning, especially the whole domain name and registration process. She helped me patiently step by step and I got it all working. Excellent work!

En nuestra de búsqueda de llegar a otros mercados contar con esta aplicación multiplica nuestras posibilidades. Es maravilloso que hayan pensado además en las distintas opciones de donde aparecer (izquierda derecha, en el footer o en el menú, con scroll o sin scroll...) lo único que le faltaría sería que se pudiera editar el tipo de letra, el color o el tamaño. Le doy un 10!
