I wanted to select a different presentation method to visitors of our webshop to select their preferred language. I could not get things right in the presentation method, but Suzan helped me quickly to get things done. But then I wanted to deviate from the standard, and even that was fixed quickly by Suzan. She is the best.

I am very statisfied with the app which is using google translation AI. And also very statsfied with the support. Especially from Susanne! She understand that when she is not able to help, she has to direct the issue to the dev. team. Also the team gives real time support without having to wait to long. Just Amazing. gTranslate meets our needs to translate our website quickly and quite accurately. The translation edit tool is another useful feature for us to adjust some technical terms. Manual customization removed, the whole code is now messed up, therefore the upper part of our website, and now we need to to contact support do to any change... that what we were able to do ourselves a couple of months ago.
