Great, and quick customer support. There has not been a single issue so far, that Jei, Elen, Susanna, Suzan, Arshak and the rest of team G translaet wasen't able to solve!

We have been using G Translite for a few weeks now. First of all the support is amazing. The guys and girls from G Translate are very willing to help with solving everything. However for our shop I do not feel this is the best translation app as it is not that compatible with the default language and country settings of shopify itself (it uses another technique). In addition it does not work well with 3rd party apps (e.g. Easy Specification Charts). So in the end we get everything translated but it takes a lot of time and you need a lot of e-mails/chats with the support team to get things solves. Wherever the automatic translation works, the translations itself (from Dutch to English) are good.

Good app that does exactly what I need it to do. Support was friendly and helped me get it setup in the way I needed.

I have found this app to be excellent. We use a custom theme and I wasn't sure if it would work but it does and the paid version of the translations are even better too. The support I received has been excellent from Ella, Narek and Julieta with quick response times. Thank you.

They keep charging me even though I uninstalled the app and I have no idea how to turn it off ! The process should be simpler as small business owner do not have time to deal with this.

Susanna really helped me out. I wanted the flags on my webshop happygetfit.com on the top right and after 3 days i still had not figured out why. She and her team did this in a few min.

I am trying to setup the app, but find it difficult. I dont know if I shall copy and paste the code in the text box or copy and paste {% include 'gtranslate' %} this only.

app semplice e funzionale, ideale tradurre in modo veloce e comprensibile anche per i visitatori stranieri, il setup è facile e l'assistenza è molto cordiale

I wanted to select a different presentation method to visitors of our webshop to select their preferred language. I could not get things right in the presentation method, but Suzan helped me quickly to get things done. But then I wanted to deviate from the standard, and even that was fixed quickly by Suzan. She is the best.

The app works perfectly. I had a small issue, but ELLA helped me to solve it efficiently. She was nice and worked fast. I highly recommend this app

I used this app to translate pages. I wanted to move the dropdown to the extreme right. And your support person Susanna helped me a lot. She just resolved my problem within minutes. So happy with your app and support staff.
