I used the apps for few weeks. The app has a bug with the checkout page. I wanted to get the checkout page to match the language of the site, with no success. For example, I wanted a French checkout page for a French website, and an English checkout page for the English website, but GTranslate failed to do that. I reached the support multiple times, and also spoke with the deputy CEO as well, but they failed to resolve the issue. Waiting time from the support is very high (can take weeks), and they will do everything they can in order to avoid give you support. In general, the app is failed to provide basic translation services, and the support team is totally nonfunctional. Won't use their service again. UPDATE: 1) I was using the paid version (not the free version, as mentioned in the CEO response) 2) I spoke with Rafael, the deputy CEO, and not Edvard, the CEO (sorry for the confusion).

Excellent customer service. I really recommend. Design of the app can be optimized in the code. Ask the app support service team to help you, they are amazing.

Ella is simply a wizard with support. 10/10 would be an understatement. She solved any issues with otherwise a very easy and quick implementation. The tool is amazing since you can visually make translations and I can just show the translator what to do and they translate directly.

Free version decides that foreign currency should be translated? Note translated and not converted. Why would you add this feature?. Seems im the culprit was myself. So I am changing my review thanks to the excellent response.

The app works great, when it works. We changed the skin of our site and that caused a major bug in the system, that nothing could be bought on the translated pages. It took a lot of time for your technicians to fix it, but it got fixed. Afterwards - the small tweaks were done really fast and competently. Thanks to Tigran and Borya for the help.

We have been looking for quite a while for a chance to get our page in multi languages, but I thought that is very complicated and for example you can not automatically translate the product description..., but you can!! Great support by setting it up and Lilit was very nice an helpful! Thanks again, great app and we will move to the paid version for sure.

The app is great. The paid version is totally worth it . especially when you customise it to fit your brand. Ripa was so helpful and super efficient. i am very happy with it all. oh yeah, and editing the translation yourself is super easy. i recommend it. thanks Ripa :)
