An absolute pleasure, I have been using Kickflip for a few months now (after I tried a few alternatives), and I couldn't be more happy with my choice. The integration was extremely simple, the app is flexible and capable, the FAQ page and bot can provide you with most of the answers, but what makes Kickflip the best choice out there are the people. Responsive, professional, and always with a smile and a true willingness to help. The support team is never online in the Pacific time zone. Whenever you ask something the bot says we'll contact you tomorrow. Canada'a tomorrow is New Zealand's night so I will never be able to get live support. 1- If you can't support it globally then just sell it in Canada. 2- You can turn off your online support when it's night in Canada.

At first it looks really daunting and confusing but once you give it a go it becomes very straightforward! I cant imagine that there's a better app available for personalisation than this one. Has completely transformed the user experience.

I've searched far and wide for the perfect producer customizer, and lucky for you, you just found it! This is by far the cleanest, most modern, and intuitive option out there. Brilliant app. Really easy to use and works incredibly well at showcasing our products exactly like they would do in real life. Saved us lots of time and money. Would highly recommend it to any business looking to offer customisation.

We have been using the app for sometime now and have tried couple of apps for customisation. This is by far one of the best apps we came across and value the team that's behind. We faced couple of challenges to integrate the app properly with our theme and even if we are not that techy enough. The team had taken extra steps to provide us with solutions and response time is fantastic.

I looked into three different Customize Products and ended up selecting this one. It’s super easy to use and has a bunch of awesome demo products available on the backend. The customer support is very well. Cindy, in particular, was incredibly professional and quickly solved the problem I was facing.

Not every store needs a customizer with complex tools to personalize products. Some store require a clean, minimal, modern, and easy-to-use customizer. If that is what you're looking for, do not waste your time researching, I have spent a lot of time on this and Kickflip is the only affordable option with beautiful UI and very easy setup! Make sure to follow their instruction videos.

Very pleased so far with KickFlip. We are launching the customisation app in a couple weeks and cannot wait to see how it is received. Watch a few of the videos as once you get the hang of it, it's very very user friendly and so much more advanced than other customisation apps we've seen. Cindy and Jackie have also been so helpful and quick to respond to my questions.

Finally an app that has all the custom options I need. If you also enable manual text sizing for our customer and adding a possibility to add a link in the text then you really created the most perfect app ever!!

We are using this app since few days now. We tried a lots of apps to offer options in an easy and beautiful way for our customers and this is by far the best app for us, easy to use, lots of possibilities for options, clean design. i was excited to install this app onto my store to give my customers more options and see real time edits to their designs on existing products, which i soon found was not available and had to introduce a new product onto the store for the same or i needed to hire someone to do this. customer service response is extremely slow and so far i have been waiting 20+ hours for a reply on their chat when i can see they were active. The edit allows for your to see a desktop/mobile view however this is not how it is shown once live.

I want to love this app but it's missing so much functionality that I can't use it. Since it replaces the product page, there's no place for a description, I can't customize the template to include important info or complementary products. There is nowhere to display reviews on the product page, etc. If this could be embedded in the product page or a pop up that opens when the customer clicks a "customize this" button it would be pretty brilliant.

You can indeed add a 'Customize' button to your product page allowing you to retain essential elements such as reviews, product description, product image, and more. When clicking on the 'Customize' button, your customizer will appear in a pop-up, just like you expected. What a great addition for our business to have access to this app. Once we worked out how to setup the files and process through the workflow it's been fantastic to begin to offer our customers the ability to customise their orders. Support from Jackie during our introductory video call was great and she was able to help answer some of our outstanding queries. Early days for us using thew app and can't wait to see the feedback from our customers who will use it on our store.
