After trying a few other apps I have found kickflip to be the best customiser for Shopify. Nice user interface on the shop, easy to mage and update products/variants, really good customer service (thank you Elizabeth and Vincent). No complaints from me, but a couple of areas I would love to see the app evolve is syncing products/variants to Shopify in order to use discounts that include/exclude add ons, add weights (for shipping purposes), get accurate reporting on profit by entering cogs etc. hopefully this will come in due time!

App is really good but few limitations like can not add product description, can not delete product, though you can archive. But overall loved the app and customer support also great, always ready to help. keep going and improving. Thanks

Amazing App Not like any other Customization product The have so many features and their builder is amazing, it has logic and masks, and color multiply And overall, they are pay as you go model, which is great for new businesses Their support is good as well, and they usually try to help as fast and as much as they can

Amazing App ! Kickflip has full set of features to support our "DO IT YOURSELF- CUSTOM" apparel offer. On top of that is super user friendly, easy to use with responsive and competent support.

Great company, great app. You can feel the modern development. That’s both good and bad. You can feel that it’s very modern in terms of usage: very simple, effective, clean etc. The simpleness is so important for customers to order in a quick time, because customizing is a little bit of effort the customer has to put in On the other hand you can feel it’s new, causing some things to not work a hundred percent properly. The support has been great, they don’t respond very quick, but the responses are always helpful, informative and respectful. This company has a lot of potential for the future. I really hope they evolve properly and keep investing in their development. One downside is that you pay a percentage per sale. This will make it less attractive for bigger company and also for your company if you grow along the way. Keep going

If you sell customised products, give Kickflip some serious consideration. The interface is simple and clear to use, and mobile compatible. When you create your products in the app, customers can personalise products according to the options you stipulate. It is A VERY flexible product customisation tool. I tried out many other apps before I found Kickflip and this app is head and shoulders above the rest. It did take me some time to learn how to build my products but there are lots of help videos and I got great online support from Elisabeth and Cindy too.
First off, massive thanks for sharing your experience with Kickflip! It's fantastic to hear how it's helping you add that personal touch to your products. And yeah, getting the hang of new tools can be a bit of a journey, but we're stoked to hear our help videos and the support from Elisabeth and Cindy got you through it. The integration was extremely simple, the app is flexible and capable, the FAQ page and bot can provide you with most of the answers, but what makes Kickflip the best choice out there are the people. The support team is never online in the Pacific time zone. Whenever you ask something the bot says we'll contact you tomorrow. Canada'a tomorrow is New Zealand's night so I will never be able to get live support. 1- If you can't support it globally then just sell it in Canada. 2- You can turn off your online support when it's night in Canada.

At first it looks really daunting and confusing but once you give it a go it becomes very straightforward! I cant imagine that there's a better app available for personalisation than this one. Has completely transformed the user experience.

I've searched far and wide for the perfect producer customizer, and lucky for you, you just found it! This is by far the cleanest, most modern, and intuitive option out there.
