not connecting to aus post business account
Hi there, thanks very much for leaving some feedback about the app. We had a quick look at your account, and your Australia Post MyPost Business account is connected properly. I did notice you had a payment issue yesterday. This was related to Auspost being unable to process a payment on your card. They had a few issues yesteday. We would be happy to help you resolve if you like. We have our local live chat on every page of the app. If you have an issue again in future, just message and we will help straight away! i can not pay for my parcels and still have to log into aus post to do all the payments
Hi there, Thanks for taking the time to add a review. In the CARRIER settings in our app, you have the option of setting 'Automatic' payment or 'Manual'. Just change the setting to 'Automatic' and you can pay and print labels with one click from the app (your setting was on Manual).
