SellerDash: AusPost Shipping

Have just sent the first parcels on our new website and am most impressed with the support provided by Molly via the online chat. The speed and clarity with which Molly helped solve my issues and excellent instruction pdfs were fantastic. Not only did it allow me to send our first packages but also taught me thoroughly what steps I need to take. The app is a great asset in streamlining our processes and giving us more time to focus on our core business of growing grapes and making wine.

Highly recommend this app. The customer support is 10/10 - Nathan reviewed the app in my Shopify account setup to ensure everything was configured correctly which was a great peace of mind. Thank you! :)

Brilliant customer service! I had an issue and it was fixed within a few minutes with a personalised video explanation. Cant fault this app!

This app has been so valuable with helping my small business run smoothly. It makes the shipping process seamless and quick. The customer service is always fast, clear communication and my questions are always resolved in the moment. Highly recommend this app and service!

I love everything about this App! It is super easy to use, THANKFULLY, cause e-Comm was seriously overwhelming enough! and.. The Staff are always quick to respond, even in the middle of the night, and make trouble shooting a breeze. I am so grateful that I chose this app to download and use. I do highly recommend it!

Amazing comprehensive help from Nathan With a great loom - thank-you

This is the Best App ever! Saves me so much time, really easy to use and it just works. The couple of times I've needed to ask a question the support team have come back to me with an answer within a couple of minutes. Top class App, Top class support. If you're thinking about getting this, just do it, you won't regret it for a moment.

I’ve been trying out different apps recently to test out which ones best suit my needs to start off my business and this is by far the best one on the market. It makes creating labels super convenient! The service is also incredible, the times I reached out I got a fast reply and friendly response :) Super excited for when live rates at checkout for customers will be implemented into this app, it would be a game changer!

Outstanding!! The best choice we have made for our business. Setup is simple and so easy to use and the best part is the outstanding service. When I open a chat, they usually respond have any questions answered within minutes.

Awesome app, saves so much time and double handling - worth every cent!

Setup was easy and this app makes creating shipping labels a breeze. And their help desk is amazing! During the day, they answer within 3 minutes and they solve issues very quickly. I even had a problem with Australia Post, which they used their batphone to resolve quickly. The app is also a fraction of the cost of their competitors.

I've used this app for a couple of years and it is definitely a great app when you're jumping from manual entry into a more automated solution. There are a couple of features I'd love to see implemented including a picklist which summarises all the items required for dispatch instead of for individual orers, and more robust shipping rules to really automate dispatch further. Having said this, shipping apps which do offer these features are quite a bit more expensive, and I'm definitely happy with the price:features of this app. Have also mentioned to the developers that these are features I'm interested in and they have mentioned that they are on the list for development in the future.

Great, simple app to use, no more lining up at the post office and the help centre is very responsive.

I don't usually write reviews - but this app more than deserves one! I’ve just used this app for the first time. Set up was a breeze and literally took only minutes to link my MyBusinessPost account to my store + set up 4 "custom size" parcel sizes & weights so that I didn't have to input dimensions for every single order. I did a test on 4 orders - what normally takes me 10 minutes to do - this app just did in 30 seconds. And this was only for a small amount of orders! I can definitely see how this will amplify the time I get back by not having to manually copy and paste, fulfil & send tracking etc to each customer. As the app is integrated with current MyBusinessPost settings, my band pricing is reflected in Shopify + my label printing settings where already synced / no need to reformat! Thank you for creating such a wonderful app!

Such a simply App to use but does all the labour intensive work for you. I have just started my Shopify business and fulfillment seemed so complicated. Genuinely Sellerdash does everything! Simple to set up, process shipping costs and printing labels is easy once you have configured your paper size of your labels in the PDF document that is.

This app saves an epic amount of time. I have been copying and pasting for years! The customer service is world class too.

The BEST APP EVER!! This is totally a game changer for me and saves me hours a day. It's so easy to use and the customer service is excellent. Thank you thank you thank you!

I have used this app previously on my other stores and just got my current store set up. I must say, the improvements are amazing. Processing orders is now a breeze and smoother than it was a year ago. Their support team is efficient and super helpful. Going from hand writing address labels 6 years ago to now saving hours and processing hundreds of orders faster than ever. I highly recommend this app and it is worth the money spent on it.

Fantastic app! Honestly, you'll wonder how you managed without it. Think of your personal hourly $ rate; the hours you'll save with this app is worth every cent. Amazing real-time in-app chat support is super useful and helpful –you're talking directly to the devs. Recommended!
