We've used NetParcel on our Shopify store from the start, around three years now, and we've been really happy. It offers real time rates during checkout for CanadaPost and a number of couriers, and it's easy to configure and use. Set it and forget it.

Great app that plugs in with Shopify quite nicely. My only small gripe is the inconsistency in how their invoicing appears to come in different formats.

When it works, it works great. Unfortunately I have been charged more overage, wrong address and unknown reason fees on this platform than any other platform. I dispute one out of every 3 shipments, and have reduced the amount I rely on Netparcel exponentially. It's a shame, as it is an easy system to use and accesses services i would ordinarily not have access to. But it's impossible to pre-check customer supplied addresses, and you're charged $15 every time they deem it so.. PLus, 1/2" discrepency on one measurement can lead to $20-$50 in additional charges. Be wary.

Netparcel is very useful for us to deal with returns labels as Shopify can’t take this part in Canada. And sometimes also good for fulfill some orders as well. Strongly recommend it!

We've been utilizing Netparcel for several years and highly recommend them for shipping! They provide competitive pricing along with a variety of carrier options for shipping. The convenience extends to shipping intentionally with the best rates. The customer service team is also top-notch! Highly recommend.
