I started using Netparcel years ago and I have to say that they have the BEST rates to every place that I have sent a package. I refuse to use anyone else and frankly other shipping providers can learn a thing or two from Netparcel, pricing aside their customer service is top notch. I have never had an issue with their site or my account. Whenever I send an inquiry they respond that very day and the issue is resolved. Speaking of shipping, I find their courier rates are cheaper than Postal without tracking. That pretty much says it all in my opinion. I will continue using Netparcel and I'd say that you will not be disappointed with their service, best rates out there. Thank you Netparcel for everything you do for us small business owners.

I have been using netParcel since 2022, and they have consistently met my expectations. The customer service is, without exaggeration, excellent. They always respond very promptly, are there to assist me when needed, and consistently follow up as required. We have been using Netparcel now for several years and have been very happy with the service. They offer very competitive rates and gives you multiple options of carriers to ship with. It's also very convenient that the service also works when shipping to the US as well. You can also use netparcel even if you do not have a shopify website which is a big plus. 10/10

We are very happy with the service we have been receiving with netParcel. We have a small artisan based business in Quebec, Canada that is in it's first 5 years and we can appreciate that a quality solution that is cost-effective makes all the difference! I have used net Parcel many times to ship my Shopify orders. Not only does it provide other options to ship my products but their prices are great! It has allowed me to offer better rates to my customers which is definitely a win-win for everyone. It's a must have for any business especially if you ship across Canada or to the US.

For clarity and future reference, I believe it would be beneficial for all customers if these policies were more clearly documented and accessible. I was also surprised by the voicemail I received, advising us to "cease shipping our products." This message seemed inconsistent with the information provided over the phone and came across as rather abrupt. I intend to share this feedback, including the voicemail and our email correspondence, with netParcel management. It is crucial for businesses to maintain professionalism, especially when communicating policies or concerns. A well-documented policy and a considerate approach can prevent misunderstandings and ensure a positive customer experience. While I understand that companies reserve the right to choose whom they provide services to, having policies in clear writing and communicating them with care and respect can make a significant difference. The app integrates with my store without any issues and their shipping prices are pretty decent. I took off 1 star because after purchasing a UPS label through them, it only provided the shipping label but not the required customs form that need to be attached to the package. Initially I had to email support to send me the customs form each time but I asked if they could fix it because it was very inconvenient to have to email every single time. After that support did make the changes in the backend that included the customs form to be downloaded with the shipping label. The other issue I've had is my package weighing 1.15 kg but after paying for shipping, the weight is changed to 2.27 kg and there's an extra charge for the weight adjustment. My scale is correct because all the other item's weight were not changed, so why it happens with this item every time...I don't understand. All in all, I use this service when I need to ship a package using UPS or DHL.

Netparcel has been useful, consistent, and offers great rates! While we have a UPS business account, we still use Netparcel regularly - especially when we need quick international shipping, or to cross shop priority options beyond what our regular provider offers. There is also plenty of functionality and the interface is convenient and quick to use.
