I have used this netparcel services for nearly 2 years now. I'm so pleased with this service that I have integrated netparcel for my other shopify online store. This app has all the features that small business owners would need. I can easily track my shipment, review my expense report, auto populate addresses directly from shopify and super competitive shipping rates! Awesome service!

This is a great app. netParcel has saved my company a lot of money over the past 4 years. The rate and ship feature works flawlessly and the shipping quotes are fast and accurate. Printing the shipping labels is easy. History and tracking is well documented.

We have been using NetParcel for approximately 4 years, we have nothing but glowing praise for their service and rates. They are more competitive than the Shopify embedded Purorator services with a wide range of options for your shipping options at checkout. They are responsive to technical issues and delivery services questions. If you have significant amount of parcels they can accommodate with weekly invoicing versus single transaction billing. Integrates well with Shopify. A++ in our books, Ashton Security Inc.

Nice app for comparing and arranging shipping options. It would be nice if the app can pull orders from marketplaces rather than importing each order, but it is great as is. Thanks.

netParcel has been great for shipping LADDERAILs to the states VIA UPS. The rates are lower than Canada post and drop offs at the UPS store is always quick. Also love that it is free to use. We have inventory in FBA warehouses in the states and have the option to use their MCF for our Shopify orders, but netParcel still ends up cheaper for Shopify orders to the states. Importing orders is quick and easy. Will continue to use for Shopify orders.

Netparcel offers great rates on various courier shipments, especially for international shipping, and the Shopify integration makes it easy to bring the customers' address over to get quotes. It would be nice if the import also brought in order items/weights/HS codes, etc, but for now it's worth the price/service to just plug that in myself. I have never had an issue with shipments with them and my few interactions with their team have been professional and pleasant.

Amazing savings on shipping for our small business. We can quickly compare rates and service options between multiple carriers. It has saved us significantly on our international shipments. We had an issue adding an additional form of payment to our account but the team took care of that efficiently.

I have been using netParcel for over a year, and I have to say, it has been a huge benefit to my small business. Shipping costs in Canada are outrageous, however netParcel helps the bottom line. I've only had to reach out to customer service a few times regarding some extra charges from the carrier, but customer service responded quickly and was able to get me a refund. I highly recommend netParcel!
