Nice app for comparing and arranging shipping options. It would be nice if the app can pull orders from marketplaces rather than importing each order, but it is great as is. Thanks.

netParcel has been great for shipping LADDERAILs to the states VIA UPS. The rates are lower than Canada post and drop offs at the UPS store is always quick. Also love that it is free to use. We have inventory in FBA warehouses in the states and have the option to use their MCF for our Shopify orders, but netParcel still ends up cheaper for Shopify orders to the states. Importing orders is quick and easy. Will continue to use for Shopify orders.

Netparcel offers great rates on various courier shipments, especially for international shipping, and the Shopify integration makes it easy to bring the customers' address over to get quotes. It would be nice if the import also brought in order items/weights/HS codes, etc, but for now it's worth the price/service to just plug that in myself. I have never had an issue with shipments with them and my few interactions with their team have been professional and pleasant.

Amazing savings on shipping for our small business. We can quickly compare rates and service options between multiple carriers. It has saved us significantly on our international shipments. We had an issue adding an additional form of payment to our account but the team took care of that efficiently.

I have been using netParcel for over a year, and I have to say, it has been a huge benefit to my small business. Shipping costs in Canada are outrageous, however netParcel helps the bottom line. I've only had to reach out to customer service a few times regarding some extra charges from the carrier, but customer service responded quickly and was able to get me a refund. I highly recommend netParcel!

As a small board game manufacturer that ships handcrafted board games across Canada, freight has a big impact on our bottom line. We have been delighted with the service NetParcel has offered us. I have been surprised the best shipping option changes from week to week, sometimes based on delivery times and sometimes based on rates. Yet the shippers we are using haven't really changed. Really can't complain. Does what it's supposed to do with no fuss. Requires going to a different site to get pricing and complete the order, but shopify order import is smooth. Pricing generally cheaper than Canada Post for all sizes larger than a shoe box. In some cases, much cheaper. Lots of options for carriers. Getting a refund on an unused label is pretty straightforward and they are quick to respond to emails. One improvement would be the ability to select when to fulfil and notify customer. It automatically fulfils and notifies them as soon as you purchase a label, but sometimes you may not ship out for a few days.

The functionality of this app is amazing! I love how it is integrated with my rekindleyourlife.ca Shopify and Etsy shop. Although It does operate outside of my shop. Shipping to the US is a very low cost for my packages and is extremely simple to navigate. Shipping within Canada is oddly more than other services I use and the UPS pickup charge deters me from using this service at times. Overall I am definitely happy with the service, products, and design of this app.
