The support for lost packages from NetParcel is NON EXISTENT! DO NOT USE THIS APP! Super disappointed with the lack of support from netparcel when opening a claim or a ticket. They do literally nothing to help, and you can't go direct to the courier because the sender is netparcel.

Netparcel has saved us a ton of money on shipping so far. Customer service is great and fast. Integration with Shopify makes things easy. A+

Switched over due to the pending Canada Post strike, and netParcel gives me multiple options for shipping! This allows me to offer tracking for all orders, and quicker shipping! It also creates the commercial invoices for you, so it takes the guess work away! Super easy to use!

Don't bother with the default Shopify carrier calculated shipping! The netParcel app integrates with Shopify and gives your customers the ability to choose the most popular carriers (of your choosing) and their various delivery options. The key is that you save by getting high volume pricing for your small business instantly. You can add a % or fixed price premium to help you cover any differences between estimated and actual prices. After creating an account on netParcel, make sure to contact customer support for installation instructions and to have them activate the "rater" first before you install the app. Good luck!

The stress of an imminent Canada Post strike motivated us to search for a new delivery partner for our Shopify web orders. Thank goodness for the strike, because we found netParcel. The netParcel ap is so easy to use, we kept thinking there must be a catch. Use netParcel with confidence! It is simple, straightforward, convenient and cost effective.

Wish I would have installed this app sooner! It's quite user friendly and the rates are comparable to Canada post with next day delivery services! I would definitely recommend anyone download this one!

Very good app, reasonably user-friendly and gives lots of options in a format that largely makes sense (unlike many other shipping apps we've tried, like the Purolator one which is absolute rubbish). Would like to see a larger degree of automation for importing orders from Shopify though (ie an auto-synced order list), so that a full list of orders was visible and fulfilment status is easier to see without having to swap back and forth with a Shopify tab/window. Other than that, no problem recommending this.

Totally would recommend this app to another customer. We were shopping around because of the Canada Post potential strike and we liked this app a lot. Gives you multiple options, breaking it down by cost and transit time. Give you the ability to import a shopify order number for easy entry. Room for improvement would be: - Canada Post integration - Ability to link from the Shopify order page directly to get a quote on netparcel All minor but would be handy. Great job netParcel!

If your in Canada, this is a must. I shopped around and netParcel has the best rates by far, integrates with your Shopify store very easily. I originally setup business accounts at Purolator and UPS and their rates are much better then I could ever get. Makes shipping super easy, and I save our customers shipping fees which they love, and results in lower cart abandonment. Their customer support is also on the ball, great guys. Thanks netParcel!!!

Started using this application during the potential upcoming CanadaPost strike. It has helped keep our shipping easy, and our costs down while we are forced to use alternative shipping methods. Their customer service was also very helpful.

Works like a charm. Only downside is the FedEx label is not formatted to print on one side of the paper and instead prints dead center or stretched a full page. Easily dealt with but inconvenient. Otherwise love it

The service has been great and the discounts for certain locations have been very beneficial to our business. We need to use express services due to the perishable nature of our product and netParcel has provided us with good rates for UPS and other couriers. If you feel you're paying too much for shipping, try this app. Also very easy to import orders and print labels.

From top notch customer service to lower pricing and easier administration, the netParcel app has helped us to streamline our shipping process while providing more economical options for our customers. We began using netParcel a couple of months ago after switching from another shipper. I love being able to import an order from my shopify store and having the shipping info exactly as the customer entered for his/her order. On top of that, the prices are cheaper than the other provider. Our customers can choose from UPS, Purolator and Loomis which all provide pickup in our town.

Great experience. Easy to use. I love the fact that we can import the order number and then get a label printed and then the package was picked up by ups. Really easy.

SECOND UPDATE - we had been using this plug in for months with spotty success. We weren't paying for this app, it is free with the expectation that you use them for your shipping provider. After our last round of issues, everything was working ok and we were in talks to move all of our online shipping for the US and Canada to netParcel. Over the Labor Day holiday weekend, the plug in stopped working and we were not notified by netParcel at all. Big weekend for our sales and we couldn't fill a single order. Once again, their customer/technical support person, Suhayl, was rude and unhelpful not only to me but also to our Director of Outdoor. We have been trying to get set up with them to do ALL of our shipping in the US and Canada for our online orders but the level of customer service and treatment of us as potential business partner has led us to delete the app and move our business elsewhere. UPDATE to my first review of this app - they have gone above and beyond to fix our technical issues with our store and their app. We hope to be able to fix the last issue we are having (displaying transit estimates but they don't have control of that, it's the API) so that we can keep them as our shipping app. We have had nothing but issues with their plug in not showing rates for our customers. First they told us it was a server problem on their end, that it would be fixed the next day. That they would send us a report of all the people that didn't receive rates. And we heard nothing and we're still having this problem. Now it's Shopify's fault and nothing they can do. Their customer service and technical support has completely blown us off after countless phone calls and unanswered emails to their support address. This has cost us numerous sales in the short time that we've had our site integrated with their service and I would NOT recommend using them for your store.
