Hi everyone, If you are looking for a shipping solution to your Shopify site, I swear netParcel is it. Particularly if you sell heavy goods (freight) that are over 150lbs...other shipping carriers that you can activate through Shopify real-time rates for you or your customers, which makes it very difficult to charge for shipping efficiently. netParcel will generate real-time rates for any weight, and even more awesome - as shipments are created and shipped, the netParcel app will automatically send the information to your customers through shopify! Five stars! Highly recommend it.

First, Let me tell you, I started with the list of apps for shipping, at the top...You figure the names from the top down are the best, in order. PFFF, not true. I tried the big name first (won't mention it) but had problems sending to UK. They said it was DHL's problem on accepting a label to be paid for? Well, I imagine they were telling the truth and their service rep person was as helpful as possible (I'll give them that). But in the end, the only thing that is gonna make my life easier is to get the ...amn package sent to my customer. This is where NET PARCEL came in!!! These bad ass bastards rock!! Not only did I get my shipping label printed, dropped off to DHL and the package got to my customer in 2+ days, from Seattle to some hinterland of the U.K. But here's where these guys are crazy want to please me, the customer...Get this, I had put my credit card to buy the label, but they didn't even collect till two weeks after. I handn't realized I hadn't paid, but they (at the time) just wanted to make sure my label was printed and I was taken care of (bit of a risk on their part, I could have stiffed them?). Anyways, I use these guys now for domestic and international service and will ONLY use them. They have my back and I know they want to succeed and this is how you prove that. Getting me a label and having a label that a big shipper like DHL, will definitely accept AND getting it to my customer, are the only things that matter! Sure, great customer service, in dealing with label, printing, buying issues, is important; but getting MY customers served is EVERYTHING! You can use someone else, but these guys will cut their own ....sack off to make sure you get taken care of. Frankly I have not seen customer service like this, since the early 80's, Americana, when I dealt with businesses that did truly care about my happiness. Net Parcels rules on shoplify! Use someone else at your own risk. Awesome app, takes care of all the headaches of shipping and tracking. Highly recommend to anyone that doesn't want to waste their time shipping. Their prices make our shipping rates competitive.

Netparcel is highly recommended for all merchants! It is super easy to use especially the option to intrigrate Shopify to instantly fulfill orders. It has saved us so much time! Truly the amazing service!

Net Parcel is one of the best things that has happened to our business. It's dramatically lowered our shipping costs, particularly on large items going across Canada. If you ship products you have no excuse but to install netParcel. It will save you money instantaneously.

Net Parcel is amazing! I have an Yoga & Activewear clothing store in Canada and Net Parcel replies to my emails. Fixes any problems that I encounter and is super cheap!!! Best rates anywhere!!!

Love netParcel! Wish I had discovered it sooner! I was using Canada Post thinking this would give me the best rates but was very surprised that with netParcel the rates were better in most cases (or at least the same) and I no longer have to make trips to the post office to drop off my parcels!! I also like how I can download the customer information, saves time (and possible typing errors). Highly recommend netParcel.

Absolutely love netParcel!! Not only do they provide competitive discounted international shipping rates, but their customer service was so helpful in assisting with any inquiry. The Shopify integration was very easy to incorporate and has saved us a substantial amount of time. Highly receommended!

Love this app...easy to set up and actually works. Had tried a couple others but they never seemed to work when I needed them and more then once had to rush a shipment at the counter. This one saves you time and money two things that matter to small businesses.

I'm extremely happy with this app. It's exactly what I was looking for. It's integration is very easy to set up, and so happy this works for both Canadian and US shipments. The rates are incredible and my wholesale customers are very happy I'm able to pass on the savings to them. Being able to import my orders and have addresses pre-filled saves me time, and I'm also happy I can use the one account for both of my Shopify stores. 5 stars!

UPDATE OCTOBER 3, 2016: All previous issues have now been resolved and UPS is back online. Excellent app, great rates! ---- Has been an incredible app for us thus far. We have saved a huge amount on shipping (we are located in Alberta, Canada, and the UPS rates and ship times are just amazing). Had one issue with a label not showing up after it was paid for, but called in and they resent it to me immediately. Highly recommended. The only thing I wish they had was an integration into Shopify like Shippo has, where you can click on the order, then click on "Bulk Actions" and select "Get Label on NetParcel" with an automatically populated label. The system they have works, but it would just make it even slicker to use. Get this app, you won't regret it!

I've been using netParcel for a few months now and they've been great. It's really easy to connect to your store and import orders and it's really valuable to see all the shipping options in one place. But the best part is the savings, in both time and money. I used to have to go to Canada Post and manually create each order then physically take my shipments to Canada Post locations, but with netParcel, the savings allow me to have UPS/DHL or Purolator come to my door to pick up my order. It has really been invaluable.

Fantastic service! I have been looking for a service like this for the past few years and finally found one! For small retailers in Canada like us, it's hard to get volume discounts at major shipping couriers. netParcel offers amazing shipping rates for number of couriers including Purolator, UPS, and many more. The shopify integration is very easy and convenient too! Great service with great support - highly recommend this app for your store.

Support was not very good. The tool would not connect my store. Support said it was a known issue. No one contacted me to resolve it as I was told. I called again today and someone who was not interested in helping just wanted to know the cost of the items I would ship and said it was express shipping only, which is useless info to the known issue with their product. — Completely unhelpful. Waste of time. Good luck if you need to get an issue resolved.

NetParcel has been a great help for our business. Order import from Shopify is extremely quick and easy. The shipping rates and selection are excellent. If there is ever an issue, the customer service is outstanding. NetParcel has helped us expand our business tremendously and we are looking forward to doing lots of shipping in 2015.
