I primarily use the US Mail for most of my orders because they are under two pounds. However, I recently picked up a couple of wholesale accounts and netParcel has proven their worth. Significant $$ saved using FedEx Ground! I will continue to use it when I need to ship larger packages.

So far so great!! Huge savings and excellent customer service. They helped me set up my account and start using their service immediately after downloading the app. Savings are instant and it’s super easy.

Application is very useful for my business. I don't really have the time to set up and negotiate rates as a sole proprietor in a busy line of work. Netparcel takes the guess work out of rates and allows me to bill my customers at a fair and competitive rate.

I really do love this app. Quick and easy to use, and they beat my negotiated UPS rates. I didn't give it 5 stars, because I need to use their website, to produce postage. There may be a way to have it integrated into my store, but I believe I'd need to either have the $300/month plan, or pay $20 ala-carte. I'll probably end up doing that....as $20 is saved, in no time. Oh, and by the way, I'm a USA shipper. ---------------------- Well, after a month of shipping, here's what I can tell you. The rate quoted, will not be the rate you pay, 90% of the time. I'm so sick of these surcharges. $3.85 for residential delivery $1 for fuel $3.25 for Extended Area surcharge These additional fees are never quoted, until you get your bill. Fedex does this, and UPS does this. In my book, it's "bait and switch". The post office doesn't back-load these fees, so these guys don't need to either....but they do. So, until Fedex and UPS drop these extra fees, I'll stick with USPS, where I can see what I get. Oh, by the way, when you purchase postage via Amazon, and you select UPS or Fedex, what you see, is what you pay. Amazon demanded that there be no extra surcharges, when they negotiated their contract with Fedex/UPS. I'll leave my star rating at 4, because I think netParcel is simply a vendor for Fedex, so it's probably not their fault.

Amazing APP, easy to use and you save lots of money especially for large parcels.

Easy to use, and saves me money and time rather than always going to Canada post. Love seeing the options out there and the up to the minute pricing. Good job

Absolutely love NetParcel. It has provides cheaper shipping options which allowed my to increase sales based on more saving for my customers. Definitely a must have. Thank you!

I've been using netParcel for some time now and love it! We don't have a lot of shipping options in Canada so it's wonderful to be able to get reduced rates for courier service without having to create accounts with each individual courier. I would definitely recommend netParcel to other small shop owners.

Had some issues with using the Netparcel software, and they were very responsive in wanting to help and deal with my concerns. Therefore I am glad to recommend them. Once we iron out some minor issues, we will be using them a great deal more.

We started using NetParcel during the Canada Post strike threats last year and have not regretted it one minute. Their service is easy to use, provides you with a number of quotes and prices are much lower than you would ever expect. We particularly love the fact that it integrates with Shopify; all you need to do is put your order number and all the information is imported into NetParcel. The rates we pass onto our customers are amazing! We ship large packages that CP can't accommodate so we rely on couriers. The netparcel interface is easy to use and printing labels from their website is very easy. We have already recommended this app to other shopify businesses. Also, calls to tech support are answered quickly and with immediate solutions.

Changed my entire business. Now I can ship overseas for ridiculously cheap rates w/ crazy fast delivery times. I had so many issues with shipments to Europe and Asia before (lost mail, 8 week delivery etc), but now I'm able to do 3-5 days and blow customers minds. On top of that - I don't need to drop orders off anywhere. They get picked up from my office. I would give 6 stars if I could!

My 2021 update is that netParcel continues to be an integral part of our business. Their excellent rates and ease to do business has helped us tremendously.

NetParcel has been a great shipping solution with lots of opportunity for savings that I can pass onto my customers!

Cheapest rate i found so far. App is easy to use and customer support is great. This is a must have app.

We have had nothing but smooth sailing with NetParcel - Great company! I have called their customer service line a few times, and have had fast reliable service. They are also great with responding to e-mails. I highly recommend NetParcel for all your shipping needs.

I would put 7 Star rating for this App and the NetParcel company and support, but there in no option :-( AMAZING app, I like this option for the online pricing and shipping options directly connected to Shopify. Saves a huge amount of time and money to www.sugar-art.ca .
