We've been using NetParcel to do the shipping from our products, which have all different sizes and weights. The pricing provided has been constantly the best offered and the reliability of the service offered has been fantastic. We've had to reach out to support on a couple of instances and we've received both timely and courteous replies to all our inquires. All-in-all, an A+ service that I would recommend to anyone.

I've been very pleased with the rates so far - especially for international shipping. Customer service has been excellent as well. It's great having another option to get our customers more competitive a shipping rate.

I love this app. Its got great shipping rates, easy to use and we save a lot of money and time by using it! All our orders are synced so it is as easy as clicking a few buttons.

I primarily use the US Mail for most of my orders because they are under two pounds. However, I recently picked up a couple of wholesale accounts and netParcel has proven their worth. Significant $$ saved using FedEx Ground! I will continue to use it when I need to ship larger packages.

Application is very useful for my business. I don't really have the time to set up and negotiate rates as a sole proprietor in a busy line of work. Netparcel takes the guess work out of rates and allows me to bill my customers at a fair and competitive rate.

I really do love this app. Quick and easy to use, and they beat my negotiated UPS rates. I didn't give it 5 stars, because I need to use their website, to produce postage. There may be a way to have it integrated into my store, but I believe I'd need to either have the $300/month plan, or pay $20 ala-carte. I'll probably end up doing that....as $20 is saved, in no time. Oh, and by the way, I'm a USA shipper. ---------------------- Well, after a month of shipping, here's what I can tell you. The rate quoted, will not be the rate you pay, 90% of the time. I'm so sick of these surcharges. $3.85 for residential delivery $1 for fuel $3.25 for Extended Area surcharge These additional fees are never quoted, until you get your bill. Fedex does this, and UPS does this. In my book, it's "bait and switch". The post office doesn't back-load these fees, so these guys don't need to either....but they do. So, until Fedex and UPS drop these extra fees, I'll stick with USPS, where I can see what I get. Oh, by the way, when you purchase postage via Amazon, and you select UPS or Fedex, what you see, is what you pay. Amazon demanded that there be no extra surcharges, when they negotiated their contract with Fedex/UPS. I'll leave my star rating at 4, because I think netParcel is simply a vendor for Fedex, so it's probably not their fault.

I've been using netParcel for some time now and love it! We don't have a lot of shipping options in Canada so it's wonderful to be able to get reduced rates for courier service without having to create accounts with each individual courier. I would definitely recommend netParcel to other small shop owners.

Had some issues with using the Netparcel software, and they were very responsive in wanting to help and deal with my concerns. Therefore I am glad to recommend them. Once we iron out some minor issues, we will be using them a great deal more.

We started using NetParcel during the Canada Post strike threats last year and have not regretted it one minute. Their service is easy to use, provides you with a number of quotes and prices are much lower than you would ever expect. We particularly love the fact that it integrates with Shopify; all you need to do is put your order number and all the information is imported into NetParcel. It takes less than 2 minutes from the time you login to the time you print your label. Thank you NetParcel for being a key partner that is making ScriptDesigns.ca such a success. Lyne Owner

The rates we pass onto our customers are amazing! We ship large packages that CP can't accommodate so we rely on couriers. The netparcel interface is easy to use and printing labels from their website is very easy. We have already recommended this app to other shopify businesses. Also, calls to tech support are answered quickly and with immediate solutions.

Changed my entire business. Now I can ship overseas for ridiculously cheap rates w/ crazy fast delivery times. I had so many issues with shipments to Europe and Asia before (lost mail, 8 week delivery etc), but now I'm able to do 3-5 days and blow customers minds. On top of that - I don't need to drop orders off anywhere. They get picked up from my office. I would give 6 stars if I could!
