I've been using netParcel for a few week and it couldn't be easier. The address is simply added, payment is taken, and I get a label on the spot to print. And it links with Shopify which is super convenient for me! I couldn't recommend it more!

Started using this app a few days ago with the Canada Post strike on and off shipping has been challenging. These are the best shipping rates across Canada that we have found so far and are delighted with that. Also, having the orders populate from Shopify is a great time saver and helps eliminate data transfer errors. I wish the invoicing would calculate a total for the day or week and put a group charge through, versus each individual one - it does make accounting harder. Give it a go, you will be glad you did.

So far so good. Most of the shipments I will get a confirmation email except one; I called and they said the driver is on the way. The shipping fee is competitive; looking forward to getting more discounts on shipping.

Netparcel has been great for us since we opened. Most of the time we do use Canada Post but there are times when there is a larger box size or an international order that is better suited for a service like FedEx, UPS, DHL, Purolator and more. That's where Netparcel comes in. You enter your info, they come back with an instant quote of all of the different services that are heavily discounted for you to pick and choose. Print the label and that's it! I've used it many times and I couldn't be happier!

Just started using netParcel and am pretty happy with how easy it is to use. Integrates well with Shopify! Use Canada Post but with the impeding strike, looking for an alternative. Works great! Started using netParcel for wholesale shipping as rates were better than I could negotiate myself. Definitely recommend!

With the latest Canada Post disruption and Purolator no longer providing pickups from netParcel we have become very disappointed with netParcel and it's customer service and lack of communication at a crucial time of year for shipping. -- Gary Quiring President, Saltspring Soapworks Ltd.

After doing a lot of research and comparing prices with so many other shipping providers, we found Net Parcel and are we ever happy we did! There shipping rates from Canada to the US beat any other company we've come across and the shipping rates within Canada basically match Canada Post. Happy to be using Net Parcel as our new shipping provider :-)

This app is awesome! Super simple to use and streamlines shipping. For a busy shop it is a must! I like that it fufills your order for you once you pay for postage as well as sends the tracking number along to the buyer. Saves me time and money, a must!

netParcel, like many other people on here, landed me when the Canada Post strike loomed. But it has kept me with rates that are pretty much half what I was looking at by going directly through the carrier and their customer service was quick and responsive when I was setting up my rate calculator and couldn't figure out how to activate it. (They turn it on btw). I was careful at first, as I had never used a budget third party before, but honestly the process to a shipping label is more streamlined than native Shopify integration and when you submit the order you receive a carrier label, no sketchy steps or other questionable practices. I am truly impressed with netParcel.

It's easy to import orders from Shopify, although it's only one at a time. It would be nice to see an option to import the entire order list and avoid the toggle back and forth while shipping. Shipping rates are competitive, particularly as you get into more expedited services.

NetParcel has been invaluable during this tumultuous time of the potential Canada Post strike. For our international customers, the app is able to find shippers that we didn't even know about at reasonable rates that ensure our customers get their packages on time. Thanks net parcel!

Simple, easy to use. Customer info is carried over from Shopify by entering the order number. A few clicks and you can see all the rates by the supported carriers. I can confidently recommend this service to anyone looking for an alternative to Canada Post, or to offer customers "to their door service" when Canada Post only delivers to their mail box.

The support for lost packages from NetParcel is NON EXISTENT! DO NOT USE THIS APP! Super disappointed with the lack of support from netparcel when opening a claim or a ticket. They do literally nothing to help, and you can't go direct to the courier because the sender is netparcel.

The stress of an imminent Canada Post strike motivated us to search for a new delivery partner for our Shopify web orders. Thank goodness for the strike, because we found netParcel. The netParcel ap is so easy to use, we kept thinking there must be a catch. Use netParcel with confidence! It is simple, straightforward, convenient and cost effective.

Very good app, reasonably user-friendly and gives lots of options in a format that largely makes sense (unlike many other shipping apps we've tried, like the Purolator one which is absolute rubbish). Would like to see a larger degree of automation for importing orders from Shopify though (ie an auto-synced order list), so that a full list of orders was visible and fulfilment status is easier to see without having to swap back and forth with a Shopify tab/window. Other than that, no problem recommending this.

Totally would recommend this app to another customer. We were shopping around because of the Canada Post potential strike and we liked this app a lot. Gives you multiple options, breaking it down by cost and transit time. Give you the ability to import a shopify order number for easy entry. Room for improvement would be: - Canada Post integration - Ability to link from the Shopify order page directly to get a quote on netparcel All minor but would be handy. Great job netParcel!

The service has been great and the discounts for certain locations have been very beneficial to our business. We need to use express services due to the perishable nature of our product and netParcel has provided us with good rates for UPS and other couriers. If you feel you're paying too much for shipping, try this app. Also very easy to import orders and print labels.
