Using the app is made easy with the super helpful team members who are readily available to assist with all aspects of the app installation and running. No question is too big or small and their response time is excellent. I highly recommend this product.

We've been using Okendo for over 3 years and have had a great experience. Their support team responds in a timely manner and are very helpful when we have questions or need support. Our new customer success manager, Andre Saldanha, is awesome and has been really helpful in ensuring we're using the tool to its fullest extent. We get most of our reviews from Bazaarvoice, so I would love to see them add an integration that uploads those reviews automatically rather than exporting using an Okendo specific template. Other than that, really intuitive and easy to use platform.

We have had such a great experience with Okendo! Our favorite is reviews and how easy it is to manage, navigate and receive reporting. Wonderful and kind team (especially Kelsey!) who is always there to help and problem solve alongside you.

We recently launched Okendo Reviews and FK Loyalty, and the experience has been excellent. The platform is powerful and flexible, especially for grouping products by style, collecting attribute-based reviews like quality, sizing, and design, and building a loyalty program that aligns with our brand and customer experience. What really stands out is the support. Rodrigo was responsive, proactive, and solutions-focused throughout setup and launch. Every question we had was handled quickly and clearly. Okendo is amazing -- exactly what we were searching for in a review plug-in. The admin site is very easy to navigate, and the customer service team is top notch and always so helpful with any questions that we have. Special shout out to Paulo who has been awesome to work with. We also love how the product looks to the end user and we love that we can customize it with our color profile. All in all an amazing product! Highly recommend!
