Solid tool for reviews, surveys, quizzes and more. Okendo has been a great partner as we've scaled our online business and built out feedback loop to help with continuous improvement. Their product teams continues build out useful features and the support their team provides (shout out Monica) is great.

Incredible customer support and personalized attention. The platform itself is top notch however the support that is offered at every step or every implementation is best-in-class. Our account manager Brittany and tech lead Garrett are always responsive, informed and engaged any time we have a need. Highly recommend.

I am not the most techy so all these new platforms can be daunting. I find the Okendo app mostly user friendly--but any time I get stuck, the customer service team works very hard to fix the issue or help me move things forward. They are quick, easy and fun to work with.

The Okendo app works flawlessly and their customer service and customer success team is outstanding. Laura G. reached out to me when she noticed we weren't taking advantage of all of the features of our account and gave me simple, step-by-step instructions to get them set up in a matter of minutes!

Aside from Henry not knowing my correct zodiac sign (he guessed I was a Cancer, but I'm a Leo), he was everything you'd wish for in an Customer Success Specialist! He outlined clear step by step instructions about how to implement the NPS survey. Looking forward to our next steps and completing this task.

We have got to leave a 5 star review for Paulo and his service. Since we been with Shopify we don't believe that we have received any support quite like this. With not hesitation Paulo met all of our needs and extended great help and support. With that being said WE thank you again Paulo. Being that we just installed this app we will update with a future review for those who want to know about the app.

Karen Vargas and the team made the process exquisite! I love the ease of use and quick changes that can be made on the website. The integration was basically seamless. The team at Okendo took alot of my migration from a different platform in their own hands and rocked it. I am excited to continue to grow my loyalty and review program!

Okendo is easy to use and has a lot of flexibility when it comes to customization and configuration of the UI. I appreciate that Okendo consistently adds features to the platform in order to continue to add value for merchants which in turn adds value for our customers.
