Excellent customer service. I single-handedly run my business, so to have Laura G re-write my review emails, make the amends herself and create a dedicated reviews page for me, that was a huge help. Here’s hoping it results in more reviews

We had a meeting scheduled in with Shiela and she was very helpful! She answered all our questions and walked us through the process of bumping up our review percentage as well as how we should refresh emails etc.

We've been using Okendo since the start of our company. It provides a lot of flexibility which we love, and has good translation features making it useful in our home market. The account mgmt team (Amanda) sincerely want the software to support our business growth and proactively think alongside you.

The Okendo team has been so proactive and helpful. Our website looks so much better with the reviews being activated and viewable. They have been wonderful to work with and provided lots of additional tools we can implement ourselves.

I've used Okendo at a work place and had such a great experience, both with the onboarding and technical support (and of course the platform is excellent), so when I launched my business it felt like an obvious decision to use Okendo. The team are excellent, the functionality is very user-friendly, and I will continue to sing Okendo's praises!

We have been using Okendo for a few years now and it has been great. It's user friendly, customizable and the support team has always been a great help. Laura provides great insight, advice and support for using the platform to its full potential. Okendo makes managing and seeing our reviews very easy, which is important for our brand.

We have been using the Okendo reviews app for many years and have had a great experience all along. They continually launch new features to improve their app and add more value for their customers. Their customer support is exceptional. Juan and Henry are always super helpful and take care of questions and requests quickly and with expertise. I don't anticipate ever wanting to change review platforms!

Great support and nice app. You just have to click around 1-2 hours , and then it is pretty nice to understand and use. Great Support so far, and thanks to Jay for the great and prof support.

Great app, great service as well from their team. Integration was easy and smooth. We migrated our reviews from our previous apps without an issue. The look and feel of the app on the site is top notch, with several customization options to match our branding. I love Okendo's site UI, everything is easy to understand and use. We've tried several top review app options and have been with Okendo for over a year and aren't looking to switch any time soon. Hope my review helps you make your decision.

So far so good! I migrated from Loyalty Lion, Reviews.io, and Fairing surveys to roll them all into one, integrated program. Saved money and the UI/UX is much better IMO. Communication with the team has been great so far as well.
