We've been using Okendo for some time and been happy with the seamless integration but what we were impressed with was the level of detail our Customer Success Specialist Henry T was able to provide to help us review our settings and make recommendations for how to make our reviews work even harder for us, so thank you Henry!

We are very pleased with the ease of setup, the consistent performance of the tool and the great customer service. In fact, our account rep, Laura G. was impressively proactive. She offered us support, insights and helped implement features we neglected. Very happy with Okendo!

I've used Okendo for reviews with several clients as well as my own brand and it's performed really well. Very intuitive and Amanda on the success team was very helpful in showing additional ways to optimize my program. Highly recommend

Okendo provides excellent service with exceptional customer support. Our Customer Success Specialist, Sheila, has been fantastic to work with. Her deep knowledge of the platform and clear explanations of review optimisation strategies were exactly what we needed. She was responsive to our questions, and provided practical recommendations we can implement immediately. Highly recommend both the platform and their outstanding team.

Henry Thompson is THE BEST. We had a bit of a rough launch on our Referrals program with users finding a quick way to abuse the system, being told certain things could/couldn't work, and general confusion. We let Okendo know we needed more detailed help, and they sent Henry. We don't even feel like we need to ask questions, as Henry is always several steps ahead of where we are thinking and provides advice that makes PERFECT sense. The kind of advice an old friend would give you, that changes your world view. But, you know... With Okendo instead. Henry reviews our Referrals program daily presently, after making improvements to it, just in case something weird happens again. TL;DR: Henry is amazing, he's got us excited to work on and improve even already well performing aspects of our Okendo products!

Okendo solved all our prior review/notification issues and more. Their customer support team is quick to give you a response, dedicated to your success, and always ready to help. The app is very user-friendly. You'll be up and running in no time.

What we value most about Okendo is the strategic support we receive for our accounts. Having a dedicated team that consistently provides actionable recommendations has made a significant difference in our performance. The reviews module is robust and allows us to showcase testimonials. We also rely on the email and survey modules, which are well-integrated and enable us to automate feedback and data collection.

Amazing Reviews app for small businesses. I looked at at least 7 different apps on Shopify for reviews, and this one is by far the best value for money and has great features. Amazing customer support team. I worked with Paulo and he was a great help and responsive during my query.

Nothing but good things to say about this app - 10/10! From our initial few calls with Alex, onboarding with Alannah, and making the most of our account with Ana, we've had a perfect experience with this app! Our requirements haven't been the most straightforward but the team have been ridiculously helpful and held our hand every step of the way. Would highly recommend, especially if your current app isn't up to standards as ours wasn't.

We've been using Okendo reviews for several years and it continues to prove to be a leader in its category. It's especially good at syndication and integrates well into our support ecosystem (incl Gorgias, Klaviyo) so that we can engage customers effectively. I've been particularly impressed with their team's willingness to take an active role in working with us through our evolution and a special mention of Ana for how well she's supported us over the years.
