I can't say enough good things about Okendo's customer service! Paulo was incredibly helpful in assisting me with importing my reviews and patiently walked me through some errors along the way. I would have never been able to do it on my own, and his support made the entire process seamless. Switching to Okendo Reviews was the best decision—I’m already so happy with the platform! Highly recommend!

We have been using Okendo Reviews for a few years and recently added on Quizzes, Loyalty and Referrals to our suite of products. We have not only been incredibly impressed with the functionality and usability of their platform compared to previous review/loyalty partners, but with the amazing help we've received from their team! Their support, onboarding and customer success teams have been pivotal in helping us create a holistic experience onsite. We love having the ability to customize the branding and tone of the Okendo products and integrate them seamlessly across all areas of the customer experience!

It has been an excellent experience using Okendo for our products. With one SAAS, we are able to collect reviews, run referral program and even conduct the quiz. Our SEO has been greatly improved as shown by the higher ranking of some keywords in Google search result, after the use of Okendo for only half a year, especially in the Japanese side. I would highly recommend Okendo for any merchant using Shopify!

Our company has been using Okendo for over a year and it has been amazing! We've seen a huge increase in reviews which was our goal when signing up with Okendo. There are so many other useful features that we are starting to branch out to, and we can't wait to see the results! The set up is easy and they walk you through everything step by step.
