Great Customer Service!

The only reviews app you need for your store! Okendo has been a fairly new addition into our business, and it's proving to be a huge success. Right from the integration to ongoing support/growth; Okendo provides it all. We've especially loved the use of the summary feature allowing customers to understand our products at a click of a button. Freyja has been a fantastic support right from day one, helping with general day to day improvements, but also things that can help grow your store reviews over time. Highly recommend the team!

Okendo has been a fantastic addition to our website! Our integration felt super streamlined and the work was all handled by the Okendo team. The ease of use from both the front end and back end platforms make this a no-brainer for stores to add into their future plans. We also added extra post-review flows which has increased our review count just about overnight. The reviews summary and keywords is a fantastic addition to make it a simple process for customers to access and understand the products. Freyja has been a massive support to us, always sharing new and exciting ideas coming, plus offering growth aspects. Our catch ups are always very beneficial and have applied their tools to grow our business. Highly recommend the team!

Okendo customer service is great — Amanda especially. She helped us set up a few different optimizations on the call which we needed to do, but just haven't had the time to yet (and didn't know about all of the tools available to us). Thankful for the Okendo support team!
