The app is very easy to learn and it has great features. Laura Gomez led a zoom meeting providing great information on how to get more reviews and incentivize customers. Great app and customer service!

I was skeptical about Okendo when we first did an upgrade to all the bells and whistles. But now that we are using all the features, it made our website great and engaging especially to our most loyal customers. Great customer service as well. I had a recent optimization call with Laura Gomez and she helped me understand how to use the features even more. When you're paying a good amount of money for an app here on Shopify, it's good to have a good support system to go with it. Thanks Okendo.

The tool is intuitive but if you have a question the customer service team is super response and no question felt too silly to ask.

I was puzzled by the distorted display of my reviews, so I reached out to support and received a reply in just 3-5 minutes. Luigi was incredibly helpful and quickly resolved my issue. I highly recommend this app.
