Easy to install. Love the format and the tools. So great! Helpful customer service, too. We've had Okendo up for 3 weeks and it's so easy to use!

We've only been using the Okendo review app for a week, but it has already proven to be light years beyond our previous solution. Currently on the Growth plan, and it's proving to be a true modern day review integration. Excited to see how they evolve this app over time! The onboarding/support staff has also been detailed and incredibly responsive at every step of the process. Our customers also seem to enjoy leaving reviews more than before, as we saw an immediate increase in their willingness to actually write a review. Cheers!

This has been one of the best experiences with a new software! Onboarding was a breeze and we were up and running within 3 days. Highly recommend this app to anyone who is looking to expand their customer review experience. Adrian was so much fun to work with, he is totally goal-oriented to help with whatever you need.

Team is awesome and fixed my issue within a day! I had trouble implementing reviews with a custom theme and within a day they implemented this into my store!

The customer service is helpful and friendly. They are patiently assist me to solve my problem. Although I have delay in replying them as in busy, they still reply in a good manner.

The app is great and I am still learning new integrations and improvements every week. The best thing about Okendo has been its dedicated team. From the initial demo call to the onboarding, the guys are professional, easy to get along with and no task is too much hassle. Definitely recommend.

Carly worked with us through our onboarding from Stamped.io to Okendo and the experience has been phenomenal! Every interaction has been super smooth and you can tell that they really care about each customer. The migration was almost hands-off for me and the Okendo team took care of everything. We recently updated the UI of our website, and in the process we needed to update our reviews section as well. Okendo beautifully helped us redesign our product reviews page to look exactly how we envisioned. We had many many requests, and they handled every single one without hesitation. Our representative, Vanessa, was very supportive and made sure everything looked exactly as we wanted. Top of the line customer service!
