Great app! I've tried all the big review apps and Okendo is my absolute favourite. The layout and design on the storefront looks great, and the configuration is so clear and easy to use. I would love to be able to filter which orders to send reviews to, and maybe have the custom domain accessible on the Growth plan, but other than that, its an awesome app with great value. Customer support is also excellent.

We switched to Okendo to manage customer reviews a few months ago and have already noticed positive impact in the volume of reviews in addition to ease of managing reviews. Okendo is a great platform and seamlessly integrates with Klaviyo. The support team is great and Amanda Calderon has been extremely helpful and kind throughout our onboarding and optimization strategies. Highly recommend.

A set it and forget it app which is what we always want. It has beautiful display options and integrates with our rewards platform to push reviews by offering store credit. The customer service is also top notch

The app is amazing, highly customizable and you only pay for the size you are as a company. This week I had a problem and it was solved by Josh from Okendo in less than half a day. Amazing product and service, highly recommend.

Okendo is the best reviews app! I have tried every referral app in the Shopify app store, and this is my favorite. I have installed it for multiple clients. The referrals are affordable and easy to set up. I love that it integrates with Klaviyo. And the support was kind enough to provide me with a code snippet to customize my fonts and colors.

Laura was very helpful! We reached out to make a change in the code so that our SMS requests for review would include a link, and she helped us to solve the problem quickly.

We had a lot of problems with the app trying to import past reviews from the obsolete Shopify review app. It was quite a headache. And then the reviews would not show on the product pages. Eventually, support was extremely helpful and Luiqi helped a whole hour to correct all errors!
