If you are a new business starting out (like us) you must download and use Okendo. Reviews matter signficantly to other buyers and also to the business for feedback. The Okendo help support is great in case you are confused or need help with something. It easily integrates with Shopify. You can customize the reviews with your own branding. It is great!

We have recently migrated our loyalty program over to Okendo and have been blown away with the support we have been given from the team.
